Very welcoming host, room was in the attic which I knew before booking so you need to be fairly fit. Great value for mon

Fab location, view and welcome

The location was fantastic and views from the room superb. We had a lovely welcome and were given a permit for parking which made it really easy.

Sadly no breakfast available as we were out of season, booking.com had implied that we could book a breakfast. (We were informed on arrival, so were able to make other arrangements) Bed wasn’t great - could feel the springs

Wonderful experience at edenhurst.

Very homely and they both catered to our needs! Very friendly and were both happy to help us if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here agian on our trip to weymouth. Room was very clean and they also decorated the bedroom wonderfully for my partners birthday.

Shower pressure could be better, but like i said everything else was wonderful! Greatly appreciated it.

Base to explore the Jurassic Coast

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the middle of the beach. We booked a sea view room and we were not disappointed. The guesthouse is family run and the owners are really nice and friendly. We were given free parking permits for a big car park that was within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room and ensuite were very clean, the bed was comfy and there was a little mini fridge in the room with bottled water which was a nice little touch and we also had a fan in the room which was handy to have during the night. If you are looking for place to stay to explore the Jurassic coast there is no better option.

The location from all public transport was great couldn't get nearer to the sea if you tried the room was s good size had everything you needed. The owners were very good polite and very knowledgeable about all around Weymouth breakfast was excellent every day

Great owners family run, nice and clean, plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms with towels. Breakfast was lovely, right next to the beach, went swimming first thing in the morning. 5 min walk to town centre & harbour.

There is limited parking, though you do get free parking first come basis

Loved our stay . The owners are very friendly & the breakfast was superb.

The location was perfect! Visited the tank museum, only half a hour away. And of course the beach. Which is literally a stones throw away

Friendly host, beautiful views, great value!

The view is beautiful. Awesome that there is a working balcony with deck chairs and provided table. Great for relaxing or WFH as you enjoy the view of the beach and cliffs on the other side of the bay. The breakfast is delightful. The host was friendly and very accommodating. I requested for vegetarian meal so they had specific hot meal prepared separately from the other meals.

Very minor things: shower was a little small, and bed was also a little small, but this wasn't too much an issue for me (might be for someone taller/larger)

Price seemed a little high.

Location was perfect.

Felt the price was too much, price would seem fair for a room looking out to sea, but room I was in looked into an alley. Breakfast was ok, but again didn't represent the price of the room.

A beautiful guesthouse

Our room at Edenhurst had large windows with uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. Everything inside the guesthouse was spotless and freshly decorated. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and a good breakfast was served in the breakfast room looking out over the beach. Town is a stones throw away.

For us, the bed was too small and too bouncy and didn't sleep well. We are on the taller side.

Clean, comfortable and great location just off the sea front - perfect for a beach vacation. Very personable manager. Really tasty cooked breakfast - kept me going all day :)

Comfortable well presented property on the seafront

The owners were very friendly and attentive and the property very well presented. It had clearly just had a fresh coat of paint. Very comfortable nights sleep followed by a spot on breakfast! Will be returning when next in Weymouth.

Great location, the hosts are very accommodating (if you don't ask you don't get!) Clean, brilliant views

I just wish the beds were bigger in size we found the double too small but that's just our preference (just my opinion) but its sufficient
