Clean and nice

Getting into the shower was abit difficult with the shower opening outside and the toilet was just there so basically bit congested

Very comfortable room with everything you’d want, and more.

Absolutely perfect for a short stay close to town. Very nice room and everything you would want, and more. Staff extremely pleasant.

View out over car park, however it was just a short stay so not really an issue at all.

super bequemes Apartment mitten in der Stadt

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Hastings. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden, kosten aber extra. Das Apartment war super komfortabel, toll ausgestattet. Das Bett und Kissen waren sehr bequem! Im Bad hatten wir Waschmaschine und Trockner, was sehr komfortabel war! Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Kaffeepresse. Volle Empfehlung!

A lovely stay with lovely staff.

The property was very comfortable and the staff were so wonderful to deal with. The selection of movies, tv shows and the live TV offerings were superb. The staff were excellent - welcoming, helpful and lovely individuals.

The internet was a bit poor and we couldn’t connect to the casting service, and the conditioner hadn’t been opened when it was stocked. Those are minor given the stay though as we will absolutely be back. There was some kind of club nearby that had loud music until about 1am but this is totally out of the hotels control and we just put some white noise on!

Clean and comfortable apartment-style hotel stay.

Clean and quiet hotel with all of the needed amenities. Basically a fully appointed apartment. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a big bonus. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return if ever in the area again.

My only constructive criticism would be to leave the washer/dryer doors open in between guests. The washer and dryer had a very funky smell, probably due to it not being able to air out. I ran it through the 3-hour self-clean cycle and everything was fine, but just a suggestion.

Great location to explore Hastings wineries & Napier.

The self contained studio was great & had everything we needed. Washing machine & dryer were a fantastic addition for travellers. It was very close to the local shops.

The address listed took us to another building down the street.

Handy to supermarket, Bunnings, Mitre 10 and K Mart and the likes.

We didn't bother with breakfast. Location was excellent. Handy to pretty much everything.

We were forgotten one morning and we ran out of coffee. But that's not the end of the world, just drank tea.

Location and room was good being pretty new peemises.

The shelf with the microwave in it. Safety hazzard as bump head on it especially the corner. Paying for carpark didnt like either. Could have parked in the others that were not used over wknd.

GREAT LOCATION,NEW BUILD,FRIENDLY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

OUR 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT 008 LOCATION.I SUSPECT DUE TO BOOKING THROUGH “BOOKING.COM “AT AN ATTRACTIVE RATE FOR 3 NIGHTS WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT REMINDED ME OF A CAVE.DARK WITH THE CURTAINS CLOSED! UPON OPENING THE CURTAINS WE FOUND OUT WHY. THEY WERE CLOSED.(see photo) NOW THATS NOT AN ATTRACTIVE VIEW. OTHER TEETHING PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED WERE A BROKEN DISHWASHER,FULLOF SMELLY OLD WATER THAT THE MANAGEMENT KNEW ABOUT,NO BATTERY IN THE TV REMOTE AND ONE PLY TOILET PAPER THAT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED IN OTHER ROOMS.

Rubbish bin in unit hadn't been emptied, only one bath towel in unit, crumbs in cutlery draw & had to wash cutlery before using due to fingerprints on it. Plenty of dust on the lamps.

The room was comfortable and clean, it had all I needed for a 1 night stay.

The staff were exceptional - very friendly and accomodating. They went the extra mile trying to sort out the booking problem, when someone from booking.com cancelled my reservation without my consent.

The property was difficult to find after hours in the dark. A sign at the entrance would be helpful as the property is set back off the road. A trolley for after hours quests with disabilities would be helpful in transporting luggage from the car to the room.

Room facilities were spotlessly clean and modern, kitchen well equiped (and bonus washer & dryer in bathroom). Location super central for Hastings and great coffee shop/bakery for early morning coffee around the corner called Cupple.
