Para repetir sin duda alguna!

El hotel es impresionante de bonito. Instalaciones como nuevas, el jardín precioso y muy bien cuidado, no tengo ninguna queja en absoluto y eso es mucho decir ya que siempre soy muy exigente. Me sorprendió para bien, de hecho tuvieron un detalle con nosotros y nos cambiaron la habitación a una mejor que daba a la zona de las piscinas ya que no estaba ocupada para ese fin de semana sin añadir nada al precio. Esta muy cerca de Cartagena y de la Manga del Mar Menor, desde el jardín se puede ver el mar y es una zona muy tranquila. Volveremos sin ninguna duda ya que es perfecto para descansar y desconectar.

Habitacion amplia, cama cómoda, plato de ducha grande y comodo. Desayuno completo. Agua a demanda.

Todo perfecto. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. La comida que ofrecen es variada y cuando se acaba una bandeja la reponen con rapidez. Personal amable. Repetiremos!

La furgoneta foodtruck un poco pequeña, con solo una persona para servir bebidas. La que hace que tengas que hacer un poco de cola para pedir.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een mooi hotel

Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was heel goed, evenals de lunch en het avondeten. Ruime keuze aan verschillende gerechten, iedere dag en avond verschillende vlees en vis gerechten. Wij zaten all inclusive en de drankjes waren ook super! Het was best rustig in de tijd van het jaar dat wij er waren maar wat hebben wij genoten van het echte olympisch zwembad, dit was echt 50 meter en in alle rust kan je daar je baantjes zwemmen. Het bed, kingsize, was heerlijk, de badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Nada que ver a hace unas semanas ,pedí habitaciones contiguas y nada. Tampoco hicieron mucho por nosotros en fin y la comida del buffet basura

Bastante regular

Es bonito, el personal súper amable resaltó a los camareros Lucia, Rafael y Borja.. personas encantadoras. Las bebidas son buenas, cama cómoda, buffet bueno aún que bastante pequeño.

Nada de entretenimiento, súper aburrido.. ni siquiera musica en la piscina, por las noches nada de música, para los niños nada de entretenimiento Y otra cosa que no me parece bien es que dejan a un camarero solo para la furgoneta de la piscina y el bar de por la noche, lo cual trabajan muchísimo y la gente se quejan a ellos sin tener culpa, ya que es culpa de la directiva del hotel por no poner más personal, el snack que hablan que se pone de 12 a 1 es totalmente incierto… hasta las 2 de la tarde nunca sale, entre comidas no hay nada, si tienes suerte queda algún fruto seco o alguna patata de paquete, en fin el hotel no es para 4 estrellas. Sobre todo deberían de valorar más el derecho del trabajador y no tener a una persona encargada de un hotel entero, me parece un poco abusivo.

Tranquilo

Las instalaciones; tanto la habitación como la zona de piscinas.

El buffet debería ser más variado y mejor calidad para ser un 4 estrellas. También nos pareció que faltaba algo de personal en el bar y las full truck demasiado básico lo que ofrecían para ser todo incluido. Echamos de menos algo más de actividades o animación sobretodo para las noches, entendemos que es septiembre pero solo hubo un concierto una de las 4 noches que estuvimos en el hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff and amazing food and drink. Great selection of branded spirits

Location wasn’t great as there was nothing around and only one bar area on a night time which got busy and had long queues at the bar

The hot food was rarely even warm. The restaurant was too bright and more like a canteen.

Nice for a short stay

The bed, the pillows. The room and bathroom were of a very good size. Air conditioning was great. Everything was very clean.

The food area was very noisy and busy. It was difficult to get a table sometimes. The service was not very good. The food was average at best .

great stay. felt very welcome, the Olympic pool was unreal. unbelievably quiet which suited us perfect. loved it.

pools were large and very quiet, friendly staff and the food had plenty options and great drinks.
