This villa is newly constructed property on three levels, located just 7 km from the historical town of Dubrovnik. Up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms and one adjacent apartments can relax in the villa. A front façade fully built from glass, just meters from the Adriatic Sea gives you incredible views of the Grebeni Rocks and island of Koločep.
This luxurious waterfront villa is an outstanding example of contemporary Dalmatian property with high end details. Staffed with a villa manager at disposal 24/7, you will have everything you might need for a truly relaxed vacation.
The Space:
Finnish sauna with a toilette and shower, elevator, fireplace with a grill, private beach plateau with sun loungers, infinity pool with jacuzzi and breezy al fresco dining area are just some of the things that gives outstanding experience in the villa.
Apartments with a kitchenette is in the back and is perfect for larger groups or personal staff. The common areas of the villa are located on the ground floor. This open-concept area with high ceilings, floor to ceilings windows and gorgeous marble floor features living room, exquisite kitchen and a library area with a bar.
Two guestrooms are on the first floor and three of them are located on the second level. All mentioned incredible bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms will guarantees luxury experience. Remarkable master bedroom has even 70 square meters, black marble, walk in showed and Catalano tub by the window.
The private sunbathing area has a berth allowing the guests to come and go by boat which is ideal if you like to explore the area without a crowd and traffic.

*There is possibility to accommodate 14 guests in the villa, in one more adjusted apartment. In this case, there is 15% extra surcharge on the total price.
