The inviting bedroom houses a plush queen bed, carefully selected to provide a restful night’s sleep. Additional guests will find ample room on the snug futon and cozy love seat, which transform into comfy sleep spaces, comfortably accommodating three more guests.
One of the home's standout features is its generously sized, eat-in kitchen. Awash with sunlight streaming in from large windows, the kitchen is a hub of activity and a dream space for groups of all sizes. It is equipped with modern appliances and a spacious layout for you to cook your heart out.
The sophisticated attached living area is a blend of style and comfort. You'll find a thoughtfully curated space, with a comfortable couch and loveseat, futon, and dining area, nestled under large skylight windows that add to the apartment’s overall charm.

You'll have the entire penthouse apartment to yourself. The backyard area and laundry area are shared.
We are available through the Airbnb app as well as by phone. We give our guests privacy, but are nearby if you need assistance during your stay.
Street parking only, which is free throughout our neighborhood, but can get crowded after 5pm. We have optional on site parking available at 40/night when available. There is a paid lot two blocks away that guests can use if needed. The apartment is a third floor penthouse and you must climb 2.5 steps of stairs to access.
