For even greater comfort, you'll enjoy the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool open from May 1 to September 30 (non-contractual dates)
- A beautiful 680 m² garden with terrace and garden furniture: dining table for 6/8 people, garden furniture, 4 deckchairs (2 for adults and 2 for children).
The house is located in Dinard, in a quiet, residential and very pleasant environment. It is close to many beaches:
- Plage du Prieuré in Dinard (6 minutes by car)
- Plage de la Fourberie in Saint-Lunaire (6 minutes by car)
- Plage de l'Ecluse in Dinard (7 minutes by car)
Transportation :
- You can park directly on the secure property
- Bus links from Saint-Malo station
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo TGV about 17 minutes by car (12 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique approx. 2 hrs 05 mins by car (191 km)
- Boat: Compagnie Corsaire or Taxi Boat

- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not allowed due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr is asked to do this for you.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
