On Lake Rosseau situated in Arthurlie Bay and protected from boat traffic, this cottage is just a mere 4 kms into the town of Port Carling or a 20-minute drive to Bracebridge for shopping, dining, and farmer's markets! For golf enthusiasts, there are multiple courses within a 20-minute drive to choose from! Simply 5 minutes to Port Carling, 11 minutes to Port Sandfield, and 15 minutes to Bracebridge! Super close to both Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka, ideal for exploring the Muskoka area!
PROPERTY
CASTAWAY - Drive right up to this picture-perfect Waterfront cottage just off Brackenrig Road. The level grassy land is great for kids to play and easy water access for all ages. The lovely decking at the front of the cottage provides lots of area to sit and read a book or use the new Weber BBQ and dine outside at one of the tables! Take a few steps across the lawn to the private waterfront with it's sandy, shallow walk-in. Fabulous views of the lake from the Clear Red Cedar Sauna! Off to one side of the waterfront is the Lakeside Bunkie and the single slip Boathouse with upper accommodations. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, peddle boating, paddle boarding, windsurfing, rowing or just floating in the 6 person dinghy!

This bright open concept kitchen comes well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, new bamboo countertops and a nearby spacious pantry!

In front of the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 8.
GREAT ROOM
This cozy great room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, air conditioning and a new 65" flat-screen TV and comfortable high-end furnishings.
MUDROOM
This closet has lots of space to hang coats, store boots, umbrellas and gear. Across from this is a laundry room with pantry shelves, cleaning supplies and a new full-size front-loading washer/dryer.

All properties are outfitted with Jayne's 5-Star Quality White Linens, BBQ, Unlimited Internet/WIFI, Smart Tv(s), Laundry Facilities, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Vacuum and Cleaning Supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $540 per rental
Boathouses, Bunkies and 3 Season Muskoka Rooms not available from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Water toys are not available Thanksgiving-Victoria Day due to safety concerns
