Sofa, Kettle, Kitchenware, Washing Machine, Blankets..... All are very dirty.

The check in was the worst I have ever experienced in my all my considerable years of travel.
The appartments were not listed on the building and when I asked someone inside if this was Nest Appartments he was very vague and unhelpful. Once we located the lock box it was nearly impossible to see the keys for the code and luckily we had a cell phone with a light.
The apartment was a bit dirty and we found a black hair on the floor, my wife is blonde and I am grey so it definitely wasn’t ours,
Also under the bed was a used take away food container.

Brilliant access to everything being right in the centre. The property was a nice size and well equipped for cooking!
The property was the opposite of clean, considering your standards for cleaning are ‘second to none’ I was surprised to find long black hairs in both beds, stained floors, stained towels, cushions with white stains over them, both shower trays were clogged with thick black hair to a point where the water wouldn’t drain so we had to clean them… very disgusting!!! Tumble dryer tray wasn’t clean causing our clothes to come out stinking! Tried telling the owner about these issues at the end of our stay to resolve the issue and possible get an apology but they just wasn’t interested and ignored the message.

Good location with plenty of places to eat close by and supermarket. Transport in easy distance to travel around.
The place could do with a really good deep clean. It was ok on the surface but the showers were mouldy and the floors needed a good clean/mop. Lots of marks on the walls. Saying this, it was fine to stay in for a couple of days and I would stay again.

The location is amazing. Right next to Southern Cross train station and amazing restaurants around. Great views.
The comforter on the bed was a single size, for a double bed. The apartment had minimal amenities (only 2 glasses, 3 mugs, no dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent to use). To get into the building initially we needed to wait for someone to leave to access. You needed a key card to access the building which we didn’t have initially. That was a bit frustrating. Luckily we only had to wait 5 minutes before someone left the building and we could access to get the key. The showers leaked and got the floor all wet (completely soaked the floor towel) but we had no extra towels to help clean it up. The beds were comfortable but would have been better with the correct size doonah.

Next apartments was great, the living facilities were exactly what we needed and the space was quite large.
We didn’t have any dishwasher soap so couldn’t use the dishwasher and the dish soap was so watered down it was like using nothing to clean the dishes. So it begs the question, when were the dishes last cleaned properly?
Also having to pay for an extra key is just ridiculous!

Detailed instructions were provided and it was easy to enter the area to be able to collect the keys. The location is amazing.
Both of the shower heads were faulty, one the water just dripped in one area and the other just sprayed water everywhere and it was very hard to get it to the right temperature and stop it from moving around by itself. This has been raised with the facility manager. The property also requires a good spring clean, I bent over to collect something off the floor in the bedroom and saw socks and tissues under the bed. The walls are also very dirty especially in the ensuite.

We are two sisters in our eighties but reasonably fit, visiting the city to spend time on some of the days with another sister who lives well north of the city and is in poor health. The apartment is attractive, clean and very well equipped. The location suited us perfectly with easy access to trains and trams, all the shops and restaurants we needed, central access to some of the tourist features we wanted to visit and a comfortable and secure place to relax at the end of the day. Close proximity to the Tullamarine Skybus terminal was another plus.
We found collecting the key from a dark area trying to enter small numbers a little difficult.

It was so close to flinders st station, so was very handy in location. Once we worked out where to get to and how to get the key, it was great.

Central location, clean and tidy. Customer service was very accomodating and friendly. Check in was easy especially travelling in from another city with delays there was no pressure easily able to grab keys at late hours and had no dramas checking in.

The only thing that did irk me, was the communication was terrible, like non existent. I received a couple of automated messages from the property but when I tried sending messages and asking questions, there was no response. Now the trip is finished and I'm not able to access our messages anymore, so my questions will never be answered.

入住折腾了半小时才拿到钥匙。入住通知说是到住房处取钥匙，不知什么是住房处？专门写邮件又问一遍如何取钥匙，回复是把原有通知重新发了一遍。入住当天进入大楼，有一传达值班，以为他就是住房处。但他只是该楼物业值班人员与住宿接待无丝毫关系 ，也不知道取钥匙之事。打电话与住宿接待方，全英文会话，我们英语水平有限，难以沟通。告诉一个信箱号码，但打开后里面也没有钥匙。住宿接待方工作人员出现后，把手伸到该信箱里面摸了一会儿，才取出了钥匙。住宿经营者应该直接告诉入住客人，在几号信箱取钥匙即可。不可思议的是，退房时才收到住宿接待人员的邮件。其中详细讲解了取钥匙的方式，但更多是警告客人，做错那些事情会扣款。

Loved the location the view was fantastic from the room kids love that. Close to public transport CBC was also close to walk to for us. The room was setup for a family to cater for kids breakfast and to rest and relax.

Due to the issues above we cancelled our stay immediately and chose to go to another hotel. When we confronted the owner, he was not responsive and wouldn't reply to any messages and was impossible to contact. He said he would investigate but we never heard back. We are now seeking a refund via disputing the transaction with our bank to recover the money we paid.

Host was promptly reply the message and was willing to fix the issue.
Room was not clean as we expected especially the dish washers , and all kitchen appliances. We found broken glass in the dish washer and very bad smell from the machine. We refused another cleaning as we didn’t want to wait and were planning to eat out. We ran the machine and it worked, all clean after that.
