CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 30LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Place was perfectly located. Close to the beach and we were able to fish off the dock. Only caught a catfish but it was still fun. Swam in the canel. Will return someday.
Only issue was the kitchen sink would not turn on as the battery pack needed new batteries. They fixed it fast so all is good.

We arrived ready to enjoy the rental space and its amenities! It did not disappoint! We went swimming, wading, boating (our boat), beaching, biking (borrowed), and much more. We sunbathed, napped, read books, and enjoyed our family. What a great place and surrounding location! Plenty of space for all of us to hang out outside as well as inside. The back dock and its proximity to the water was perfect. The upper deck was lovely at night. The other decks were great too. One was shaded for reading (and napping!).

My stay was great except that there was no way to lock the unit from the canal side, so Padre Escapes wanted us to leave the door open and not lock the unit while we would be out all day fishing. They didn't care that I mentioned that we were uncomfortable leaving the house open and our stuff could have possibly been stolen because they didn't do anything to rectify it. They said they would send someone the next day, but they never sent anybody for the length of our 5 night stay. The back garage was unable to be opened because the handle was not working it was in a locked position, so we had to put a paint can under the garage door to leave it open in order to get into the front door of the condo. Such an inconvenience during our whole stay after coming in from our boat slip on the canal side. The back door did have an electronic keypad door lock but it was not working. If it had been working it would have made our stay more enjoyable, more convenient and secure.

Perfect spot to bring a boat and head straight to the Laguna in the mornings to fish. Great kitchen if you want to stay in to cook or you are close enough to all the great restaurants on the island.

The place was very nice with almost all new furnishings. The issues we incurred were mostly seemed like missed by whoever inspected for cleanliness. Had to vacuum the upstairs when first arrived (sand?). Then we noticed that the hot water in first floor bedroom didn't work. Last was the washer was very dirty unsure what it was (dirt and other debris). The management company was nice and did attempt to fix the hot water and washer, but ultimately they were unable to do it while we were there. It didn't ruin our trip, but caused some inconveniences throughout the stay. i.e. everyone had to shower upstairs and we couldn't wash clothes. Overall place would be awesome if these items are remedied. Would return if they are!
