Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 bedroom/1 bath - sleeps up to 5 adults + sectional. very private cul-de-sac with extra parking. 10-15 min from almost everything including downtown. 30-45 min from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) & Gatlinburg. Located right off i640 in Fountain City. 2 min from Target, Old Navy, Kohl's, etc. This rental listing includes the full front house. The back studio/guest home is a separate rental (https://www.airbnb.com/benjaminknoxrocks2). Owners live 4 min away.

Near everything and 12 min from downtown. 30-45 min to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Right off interstate, but very private in cul-de-sac.

The property was clean and the owner leaves coffee and creamer and other snacks if needed. They were easy to get in touch with. We were close to shopping and only 45 minute drive to several things to do in Sevierville. I already recommended to other family!

A little off the beaten path, but really close to all you need. Melissa was very friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed staying in this cozy two bedroom home. We made use of the kitchen and enjoyed breakfast over several days and made dinner one evening. We were able to use the washer and dryer which included laundry soap and fabric softener sheets. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A lot of fresh towels were available and the rooms had comfy beds with soft nonslip hangers in the closets. The house even included an Alexa which my daughter really enjoyed using. We were able to enjoy all the tv shows we liked via the Roku on the TV. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Fountain City/knoxville area. We were only about 20 minutes from the airport which made it great for our departure on the last day.

Nice quiet neighborhood! Super close to downtown Knoxville (about 10 minute drive). Everything was clean & comfortable. Perfect get away. I was there with a friend for a bicycling event. Would definitely book this place again 💖 **Cathy L**

We only spent one night here but would've been happy to stay for longer! This home was very clean and tidy. It was well-stocked and while we didn't cook while we were there, we easily could've. It was a very comfortable stay for our group of five. There was an extra twin mattress in the second bedroom that our fifth member was able to pull into the living room to sleep on; it was greatly appreciated after a week of sleeping on couches and futons! It was located in a lovely neighborhood and we stood outside watching fireflies after it got dark! It was in a convenient location and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if we're ever back in Knoxville.

House was so cute and clean, everything was easy to find, dishes, etc. washer and dryer are easy to use, owner was nice and helped me when I couldn’t find the location. All around great experience!!

Nice older home. Was fine for one night. Lots of extras left for us, from Ramen soup to shampoo which was so nice. The only complaint was the bed. Was like a memory foam on a frame. Was not comfortable at all.

Place was okay. I’m not sure if I’d stay there again. When you walk in, there’s a smoke smell, as if the house has been smoked in before. Once you stay for a while, you get used to it. Toilet is very close to the bathroom counter, hardly any room. Luckily my trip was just a one night trip.

The location of this property is close to everything. We visited family and went to the zoo. Easy off and on the highway. The host was very easy to get in contact with. It's a cute, older home. The only issue we had, although the home was clean, is that it must have been smoked in previously. I have terrible allergies, as does my husband, so we had a very hard time with that. Others may not even notice. Overall a cute house, easy to get to, close to everything, clean.

It was perfect for what we needed. Cozy. It has a too clean smell when I came in. You get used to it. Candles would have been nice or some air wick plug ins for a nice welcoming fragrance. Other than that it was awesome.

Property is nice and clean. Stairs to get in from the carport could be troublesome for people with limited mobility. The neighbors were somewhat noisy in terms of their vehicles late at night and dog early in the morning. This did not bother us, it was just noticed. I would stay here again when visiting Knoxville for a quick trip. Owner was great with communication.

This was actually the second stay at this property, the first time was in the studio behind the home where we stayed this time. The communication was above par! She is genuinely concerned that you have the best experience possible, and both times have been awesome! We have already booked our next trip to Knoxville staying here once again! I can not say enough about this quiet home in a part of town just off of one of the main roads centrally located to the downtown and surrounding areas and on a dead end street.

Nice property, centrally located to all the things we needed to do. The owners communicated well and were very responsive. Enjoyed having a grill and fire pit. The swings out back were super cute too. Would definitely stay again.
