You are renting a remodeled historic home with two unique, private apartments. Each themed differently with relevance to the Roanoke area & its' history. Updated from top to bottom, you will have the modern comforts of wi-fi, smart TV, new appliances & keyless access all with the historic charm this 1930s home effortlessly boasts. A door inside the house separates the rooms and can be unlocked to allow easy movement between the suites.

Street parking is free and plentiful. There is normally a spot available immediately in front of the property or within a one block distance. Public bus access is located adjacent to the property. There are bike rental options available one block away at Roanoke Mountain Adventures as well as Uber & Lyft. The greenway is located one block away connecting to Downtown as well as the Mill Mountain trail system providing options for both transportation and recreation.

We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this home means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours.

If you are planning on bringing a pet: You must review and sign our pet policy prior to making your reservation, as well as pay the $250 pet fee.

Security deposit of $1000 required on all 30+ day reservations. Please message us for details.

We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. This document will be sent over SMS text messaging to the number you have on file with your booking agency.

The house is incredibly charming and has everything you need! Being a bit of a tree-hugger type, I very much appreciated the ecologically-minded staples throughout the house. The owners went above the typical minimums like many soaps, filtered water pitchers, coffee and snacks, salt/pepper/oil, and samples of some amazing hot sauces! The beds were all comfy with ample pillows and towels. The house descriptions are accurate though maybe lacks some details... 4 bedrooms all on the 2nd floor (2 bedrooms have a single queen bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds) and there are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 2 half bathrooms downstairs. The connecting interior door between the units is on the second floor; otherwise, you have to go outside to get between the units. Not a huge issue, but just a little odd. The house is both very quiet and loud. You do not hear anything between the 2 sides (both tv's could be on without a problem), but you do hear all traffic through the house, including people renting/living(?) on the 3rd floor. Half our family are sound sleeper, half not... so this was either not a problem or a bit frustrating. The neighborhood is adorable. There's a bakery, restaurant, and convenience store almost in the back yard. We very much recommend The Green Goat (restaurant) - maybe a 4 min walk. Overall a really nice stay!

This property is a condo that has been beautifully remodeled. We needed more rooms so they were able to combined 2 condos together and it worked awesome. It is located in a cute little part of town and close to everything. It was easy to communicate with management and we would for sure stay again!
