The property is only a 5 minute walk to Palm Beach. The best feature about this villa is that it is away from all the tourist crowds and yet located so close to the most popular area of Aruba! This villa has the perfect location! This airy beach villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own closet, 2 full bathrooms and a very nice and complete kitchen coupled to its living room and dining area. Bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking utensils. More over there is a separate guest house which provides one bedroom with a queen size bed, small fridge with a full bathroom. Palm Beach Sunset Villa is modern, expressing a very relaxing vacation atmosphere and is decorated with selected beach shells and other beach decor. The living room and dining room opens to its airy patio where you will find a new swimming pool perfect to enjoy those lazy vacation days at home. Choose to take a 2 minute car ride to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach or just cross the street and you will be at the beautiful Palm Beach hotel area bursting with numerous restaurants, 2 shopping malls, souvenir shops, numerous casino’s, nighttime entertainment, movie theatres and different activities. Pretty close to everything you would want to do in Aruba!
