This Treehouse isn't like the one you built in your backyard. This stunning rustic luxury home gives you the authentic Tahoe experience mixed with the modern amenities of luxury living. Located right on the Old Brockway golf course, this property is less than a mile from beautiful beaches, downtown King's Beach, Safeway, and a collection of restaurants. It is also only 5 minutes from the Crystal Bay Casino! When you and your family are heading out to the slopes, Brockway Treehouse is only 7.5 miles from Northstar Resort.
You enter this modern rustic house through the beautiful stone entryway, and then the house opens up to a great room with vaulted ceilings, featuring floor-to-ceiling granite, not to mention a gas fireplace that is perfect to cozy up next to after a long day on the mountain! The fabulous kitchen boasts hardwood hickory floors, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Through the great room is the first of two decks, which in addition to an incredible view of the golf course, has the perfect BBQ setup and backyard for the kids to play in, and the dogs to get out their zoomies! The perfect mountain-esq wood tables sit out back to entertain friends tot the backdrop of the greens of the golf course beyond!
Upstairs you will find four bedrooms including the main bedroom and a Jr. Master. The main bedroom has a beautiful mountain modern ensuite bathroom with a stone tiled bath, and a large balcony attached, which is equipped with a hot tub for the ultimate relaxation spot. The Jr. master bedroom features a king bed and a full bath attached. The third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom has a full bed, both bedrooms share a full bathroom. You will also find the laundry room with an updated washer and dryer on the second floor.
This home makes the perfect base camp for any group or family (plus their furry friends) looking for the ultimate Tahoe getaway.

• This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 2 dog maximum. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.• Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.

On March 11th 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include:
•Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.

3. By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. What a memorable experience. This home is exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. It’s in a prime location; so close to the lake, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness is at an exceptional level. The check-in and check-out process was the most seamless we’ve ever experienced. The home is stocked with a plentiful amount of seasonings and pots & pans and everything else a family will need to make delicious meals. The fireplaces are so relaxing and beautiful. The hot tub experience is beautiful. The bathrooms are so beautiful and have added detailed-decor to make it so inviting and the water pressure and temperature is like no other. My entire family commented on their shower experience. It was a well-needed and an enjoyable moment after a long day. Everything about this home is beautiful. This is an absolutely beautiful home. My family and I will be back for sure.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy, and had all of the necessary amenities. They even left dog-friendly welcome gifts such as poop bags and a bandana. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of a Safeway and other shops and right near the lake! My dog had a great time playing in the snow for the first time. The hot tub at the cabin was the perfect hot temperature! We had such a relaxing weekend and we can't wait to come back!

The Tree House is an incredible place to stay. Everything is as advertised. It was nice that we backed up to a golf course where our dogs could run. Incredible setting to spend Christmas in. The location is perfect. You can walk to or easily drive to further locations. The house is beautiful inside and out with large living spaces to accommodate family. I highly recommend staying at this home.

Didn’t receive check in instructions until after we were on road. Nobody was in office when we tried to ckeck in. Luckily a spa guy let us into house and we enjoyed our week.

We have rented the Brockway Treehouse several times now. This rental never disappoints! The setting is beautiful with the deck looking out onto the golf course and the home is well equipped for cooking and barbecuing. The home is so conveniently located just down the street from Safeway and Kings Beach which also adds to its appeal! It is a truly stunning home that we are so happy to visit every year!!

The house is built very well. The guest rooms are nicely situated in the house. Spa in good working condition. Well stocked seasoning cabinet. One thing noticed were cobwebs and dust on low use surfaces.

We booked a last minute trip for the kids to play in the snow and this house was perfect! Really cozy, well stocked, and backyard is next to the golf coarse so lots of snow and beautiful views. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here before Christmas with another family of 4. Plenty of space for us to spread out. Enjoyed a few meals at home, relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing at Northstar and convenient to grocery and restaurants. We checked out a night early due to snowmaggedon that hit, so cost per night was pricey.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family, the house is overall clean, but needs a deep cleaning, with lots of spider webs, and dust in the rooms. People were sneezing a lot. The kitchen is well equipped (stove needs cleaning too, burners are difficult to turn one, use a lighter ). No wine glasses. Not enough cutlery. Cooking knives could be better too, as the ones they have are peeling its paint, unable to use). Lots of board games, living room space is great, dining table big to fit the whole party (I really appreciate that). Cool a small backyard the goes into a golf court. Super close to Safeway! It's a good property, and great communication with the property manager ( we had a problem with the sink, and they send someone to fix it right away) Thank you!

We (two families four with kids from 3-7) had a wonderful time in this house. Backyard is lovely great for kids to enjoy. Location is unbeatable access to Kings Beach. We would definitely return.

Amazing, well equipped home, clean, comfortable, and peaceful area. Enjoyed 5 nights here in July, walking distance to Northstar beach and Moon Dunes Beach , as well as Kings Beach , and quick drive to Incline and Sand Harbor. Home is set on the fairway with a nice upper and lower deck with a cute little back yard. Grill and hot tub worked great . Washer and dryer worked great and the whole lower level with open living space and huge kitchen was great. The only downside was no air conditioning, but pretty typical for rentals at Tahoe, and unfortunately it was low 90’s so warm , but used the available fans and kept the windows open so it was tolerable. If you are planning on beaching it, bring plenty of extra beach towels, chairs, etc as these don’t come with the house. But overall great location and I would rent this house again in the future without a doubt. Can’t wait to come in the winter time and use the fireplaces downstairs and in the Master, and the steam shower which I didn’t get a chance to use!

The home was large and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. However, we were incredibly disappointed to learn that the hot tub does not work. We have emailed the property management company in hopes for some sort of credit since the main reason we rented this cabin was for the hot tub! We would have chosen another spot if we knew it wasn't working. The property managers did a great job communicating with me, however once we knew the hot tub could not be fixed during the duration of our stay, we hoped for some sort of credit.
It is truly a beautiful home and easy to access.

The house is great for 8 people. We had 6 adults and 2 teens. Nice and close to golf, the store, and restaurants. Short walk to beautiful Lake Tahoe. Very peaceful.

Perfect spot for our Tahoe getaway. Beautiful home surrounded by trees and on the golf course. Easy access to everything. Really enjoyed the hot tub and busy ski days at Northstar! Highly recommend it!

We stayed at this house to celebrate
our daughters 13th birthday. Perfect home that has all you need. Katie, the property manager was incredibly responsive when we had a few questions pop up. We discovered we could not get the fireplace to turn on and after multiple visits to YouTube with no avail, we called
Katie for assistance only a short time later finding the switch to turn it in behind a speaker. The BBQ needs to be replaced and when the handyman came over to fix the kitchen faucet (that also needed repair) he agreed! Lastly, on the last night we noticed the sofa was wet and discovered that there was a leak in the ceiling coming from what we believed was the master bathroom. Outside of these minor inconveniences, the home is perfect and we definitely would come back. My only other suggestion would be to have a book of some sort or something that the guests can use as a reference guide. It would have helped with the many emails to Katie.

We absolutely love everything about this house including the location to Northstar, the Lake, restaurants, and shops. It truly felt like home, super cozy with a woodsy mountain, rustic luxury feel. The amenities of hot tub, steam shower, stone fireplace, and high end kitchen & updated hardware and wood throughout the home were our favorites!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that would have made our experience better:
1. TV & sound system- the remote is difficult to use (pointed back in corner which requires standing and defeats purpose of remote). The entire system is challenging and there is a serious lack of channels. We found (2). No movies, shows or anything. Consider upgrading to cable?
2. Pillows- they are high and rock hard. Options that are soft and smaller would be greatly appreciated by guests.
3. Finishings- perhaps recently renovated but key items missing for such an expensive house. eg. wire hanging from wall to DVD, need mirrors & bedside tables in all bedrooms.
4. Directions for how to use hot tub, eg. change temp if needed. The tub was 78 degrees and we had no idea how to change. I sent an email and only two full days later, did the repair man come to fix.
Otherwise, it's a great house in a great area with a great layout for big groups. Good for kiddos.

Absolutely stunning home. The location is incredible, close to golf course, the lake, and grocery store. It was easy to find and the check in process was simple. It had snowed before our arrival and the driveway was plowed for us by the property management, who was also very responsive at every need.
3 downfalls - the kitchen was ill equipped, and the beds were very uncomfortable, and the hot tub did not get hot. However, we made due with what was in the kitchen, and we would absolutely come back to this property!
