The kitchen boasts a spacious layout with a large central island, featuring a sleek countertop and additional seating for casual dining. Pendant lights hang above the island, casting a warm glow on the culinary workspace. Appliances include stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, coffee pot and Keurig, and toaster which are integrated into the kitchen's design. The open concept of this kitchen creates an inviting space, perfect for enjoying family dinners when you don’t feel like eating out. Conveniently located on the main level just behind the kitchen is a well-appointed half bath for guests. It serves as a practical location to keep visitors from needing to access the private bedrooms. Adjacent to the living room is the primary bedroom that is generously sized and furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed, adorned with crisp, white linens and plush pillows. The decor echoes the coastal theme, with driftwood accents and calming color schemes. Connected to the primary bedroom is a full en-suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.
The upper level is designed to offer a combination of private retreats and shared spaces, catering to the diverse needs of our guests. With a total of four bedrooms, each is uniquely designed, and has well-appointed amenities such as en-suite bathrooms and a laundry area. The upper level enhances the overall comfort and functionality of this home. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 is appointed with a queen-sized bed and comes complete with a full en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and also has a private balcony. Bedroom 4 has a full bed with a twin bed over, and a pull out trundle underneath. Bedroom 5 completes the upstairs with 2 twin beds and is perfect for guests of all ages! Conveniently situated between these two guest rooms, the hallway features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This shared bath provides a comfortable and functional space for guests in both the bedrooms, offering both convenience and privacy. Also located on the upper level is a practical laundry area equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The outdoor living area of this beach house offers a luxurious and entertaining space, complemented by lush tropical landscaping, creating a vibrant and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
