This beach inspired, beautifully decorated home is the ideal place to stay for the ultimate North Padre Island getaway. Aruba Bay Waterfront Resort and Kokomo Yacht Club offers first class accommodations near the Texas Gulf Coast. No Hassle Sandcastle is custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor along with a one of a kind hand-painted mural by a local artist. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax along with an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. No Hassle Sandcastle offers all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living; just minutes away from swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. On-site boat slips are available for rent so don't forget to bring your boat!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 30LBS OR LESS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
