Nature at its best awaits at this serene Eatonton cabin! Bird watchers, hikers, and water recreation enthusiasts alike will adore the cabin's close proximity to Lake Sinclair, numerous parks, and even some of Eatonton's historic sites. With direct lake access at your fingertips, make sure to utilize the provided kayaks for glides across the water or simply splash on the shoreline. Your afternoons on the lake are best paired with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill.

Walking inside, you will immediately feel at home amongst the cabin's rustic ambiance and modern amenities. The open living room is surrounded by warm wood finishes and consists of comfortable seating, a large TV, and of course, continued lake views. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - making cooking a breeze.

Follow the cabin's effortless nautical decor into the main level en suite bedroom. Your own haven of peace, this room boasts private outdoor access and a sizable bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer/dryer is also available on the cabin's main level. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both full of light and adorned with soft linens.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: 1 ring doorbell and one looking at the back of the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The master shower was awesome! However, the rest of the cabin could use a thorough cleaning, especially the rugs, stove, and gas grill.

Location is great Good directions and easy to get to. Close enough to town if you need anything. Good neighborhood, quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Nice property, perhaps smaller than the pictures, but plenty of room for us. May have been in a rush to rent? Kitchen and Bathrooms look new, but master shower had no soap dish/shelf. Overall, I'd stay again.

The property was so dirty. The lake was great and we caught fish but I would choose to stay elsewhere. The owners, I believe, live next door because they were all in our business. The teenage son was constantly coming over and watching us. Would not stay here again.

The Birdwatcher's Cabin is aptly named as the property is at the end of a cove with wetlands. So peaceful with great neighbors and we had an amazing trip. The property had a fenced in yard that extended to the water so the dogs were in absolute Heaven with plenty of room to roam. There are multiple balconies and decks to sit outside and enjoy the Lake Area. The Cabin absolutely met our expectations and then some. We will be back many more times in the future and I have no trouble recommending this property to anybody who wishes for peace and quite on their individual Lake Trip. Andrea with Bridges Home services was just as fantastic as she was there any time I had questions about the property or how to leave it in good standing so we may return. Thank you for this amazing Cabin and Property
