Conveniently located about three miles from Millville and Ocean View shopping and restaurants and over five miles from downtown Bethany Beach and boardwalk, this third-floor home (no elevator) offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! Guests at Bethany Bay can enjoy a range of community amenities, including access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. Amenity badges are provided at check-in for guests aged 10 years and up, ensuring a fun-filled stay for all. Please be aware that the fitness center is not available for guest use. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site golf course, though fees may apply.
Inside the house, discover an air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dining area - ideal for entertaining! Gather with your family and friends in the inviting living room, featuring a comfy sectional, a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you up to date with your favorite series, and access to the furnished screened deck. It's a fantastic spot to unwind with a favorite beverage, play board games, and simply relax. When mealtime comes, discover a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to whip up tasty treats for the crew. Coffee enthusiasts will fall in love with the small coffee corner with drip and Keurig coffee makers. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - three of the four bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer and fast high-speed WiFi.
Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
