About this house rental

Sarnia Retreat is a newly renovated, modern and stylish three bedroom house in Poole. With three double bedrooms, an impressive open plan kitchen/lounge and large garden this property is perfect for families, friends and corporate bookings. Five minutes to Poole Town Centre, including the popular Poole Quay and less than 10 minutes to the famous Sandbanks Peninsula, Sarnia Retreat is the perfect base for exploring the local area and further into Dorset and the Isle of Purbeck.

THE SPACE

Arriving at Sarnia Retreat by car, you will enter the driveway from the road and park in one of the two spaces available. Upon entry through the luxurious wooden door you are met by a spacious and neutral hallway before exploring further into the property.

Ground floor bedroom

Located on the ground floor, as you enter this bedroom from the hallway, you are immediately drawn to the large bay windows which dominate one side of the room. These windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood into the room, creating a bright and airy feel.
In the centre of the room is a luxurious grey upholstered super king bed, inviting you to lay down and relax. The bed is adorned with sumptuous cushions and linens which create an inviting atmosphere.
For storage there are two large wardrobes and two bedside tables providing ample storage space for all your belongings during your stay.
On one wall, you'll find an electric fire which adds a cosy touch to the room. It's perfect for chilly nights when you want to curl up with a good book or watch a film on the wall mounted 60” Smart TV. You are welcome to sign in to your preferred streaming platform during your stay.
The super king size bed can be split into two single beds upon request (please contact us to request this in advance of your stay).

Kitchen
This galley style kitchen is a sleek and stylish space that has been designed with practicality and aesthetics in mind. White cupboards line the walls, providing ample storage space for all your kitchen essentials. The cupboards have a minimalist look that adds to the modern vibe of the kitchen.
The black worktops offer a striking contrast to the white cupboards, creating a sleek and contemporary look that's sure to impress. The worktops are also highly functional, providing plenty of space for preparing meals and cooking. There is an induction hob and built in electric oven for use during your stay.
At the end of the kitchen, there are French doors that lead out to the garden. These doors provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that's perfect for cooking and entertaining. When the weather is nice, you can open the doors to let in the fresh air and enjoy the outdoor space.

Lounge
The lounge is a stylish and comfortable space that's perfect for relaxing after a long day. The focal point of the room is the 65" smart TV, which is ideal for signing into your preferred streaming platform using the complimentary WiFi.
Adding to the cosy atmosphere of the lounge is an electric fireplace. With just the flick of a switch, the fireplace provides warmth and a soothing ambiance, making this room the ideal place to unwind during colder months.
A large corner sofa upholstered in a neutral tone offers ample seating space for all guests. It’s comfortable cushions and soft fabric make it an ideal spot to curl up with a good book or take a nap.
There is a dining table with space for six guests next to French doors that lead out to the garden, allowing for an indoor-outdoor dining experience. With these features, this lounge is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while still being in the comfort of your own home.

Garden
A beautiful and peaceful space, the garden at Sarnia Retreat that offers plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. The main feature of the garden is a large expanse of lush green lawn, which provides a perfect spot for lounging around and enjoying the sunshine.
An outdoor dining area provides the opportunity to enjoy meals with family and friends in the garden. At the end of the garden a small seating area is also available for guests to enjoy - ideal for quiet reading or enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Family bathroom
Located on the first floor, the floor-to-ceiling grey tiles create a sleek and sophisticated feel, whilst also ensuring the bathroom can be kept spotless for our guests.
The bathroom's contemporary and calming ambiance offers an ideal place to unwind and destress after a long day. The opulent bathtub is complemented by a gentle and tranquil rainfall showerhead, which enhances the spa-like feel of the space.
The heated towel rail adds a touch of luxury to the room and ensures that you always have a warm towel to wrap yourself in after a shower or bath. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Master bedroom
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom is an inviting space that is perfect for a comfortable and restful stay. Large bay windows let in plenty of natural light, providing a bright and airy atmosphere that will make you feel instantly relaxed.
In the centre of the room, you'll find a luxurious grey upholstered super king size bed that's both stylish and comfortable. The soft and cosy bedding will make you feel right at home, and the generous size of the bed will ensure a good night's sleep.
Plenty of wardrobe space is available to keep your clothing and personal items organised and tidy. There is a floor-length mirror built in, offering a convenient place to check your outfit before heading out.
Two bedside tables are positioned beside the bed, providing ample space for keeping your books, glasses, and other essentials within easy reach. An accent chair is situated in the corner of the room, offering a tranquil spot to read a book or relax.
A large 60” Smart TV is mounted on the wall, and is ideally located for signing into your preferred streaming platform and catching up on some box sets.

Bedroom 2
This first-floor bedroom is a serene and comfortable retreat, perfect for a restful night's sleep or a lazy day in. Two twin grey upholstered beds provide a stylish and cosy spot to rest, dressed in soft linens that will make you feel instantly relaxed.
On either side of the beds, you'll find sleek bedside tables that provide ample space for keeping your belongings within reach. These tables are perfect for placing a book, a cup of tea, or your phone and other electronic devices.
There is a large 60-inch smart TV mounted on the wall, making it easy to enjoy your favourite shows from the comfort of your own bed.
On one wall, you'll find two white double wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space for your clothing and personal belongings. These wardrobes are sleek and modern, and their white finish adds a touch of elegance to the room.
A large window overlooks the back garden, letting in plenty of natural light and providing a lovely view of the outdoor scenery.
