About this house rental

This is a 3 B/R, 2 bath double wide & sleeps 7 people. Open Kitchen with dining & living room on beautiful Toledo Bend just off highway 6 close to Pendleton Bridge which takes you to the Texas side of the lake. Great rental for a family get away or a group of fishermen. There is a large deck on the lake side looking out to the lake where you will spend many hours when not on the lake & a front deck for easy entrance. Just down from Tonti is a community boat ramp for easy excess to the water.
Tonti’s Retreat will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Tonti’s Retreat Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Tonti’s Retreat are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

This is a very nice and quiet lake getaway. The sunrise and sunset on the lake is beautiful. Great location to get away. Very quick responses from the property manager. Definitely recommend. We did have a little bit of an issue finding it, but that could hav been our own issue or a GOS thing. Would definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our three nights here. Very clean home, comfortable beds and a big back porch area. We really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings with the beautiful views of the lake. The hill slope down to the fishing pier is a little steep but it is a great fishing spot. Nice quiet area where we felt completely safe and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights for a charter fishing trip. Though short, we had a pleasant stay at Tonti's Retreat. The place is large, neat, and had what we needed. Grounds were well kept also though heat made it too unbearable to spend much time outside.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Everything was in good working order. The deck was amazing, and we fished from the pier and caught some fish. There was a lot of wildlife to see, and the entire stay was very peaceful and relaxing.

This place is tucked away right on the water. We spent 2 nights for a fishing tournament. Good location. Grilled on the back deck after the tournament. Well supplied home.

The owners are very nice, accommodating and have thought of everything. We love the easy access to the lake and enjoyed the great location to town. We couldn’t have asked for more comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.
