Great spot! Always clean and great rates. Not sure how they stay so low. Housekeeping daily. We have been staying here for years.

Never Again. BED BUGS IN ALL THE BEDS! I was changed rooms 3 times and refused a refund. The assistant manager claimed to be, was very manipulative and gaslighted me the entire time. He tried to say I got bit from mosquitoes outside. I was treated unfairly and poorly. My family and I woke up covered in bites and he said I couldn’t call corporate about it because they won’t do anything but give him the last say so. DO NOT STAY HERE. they do not care about you and will refuse to make it right.

Only one elevator worked first days. Handicaproom was large and worked great for us. Only 2 handicap parkingspots. Quiet pool area. Breakfast was not worth 15$, but i had it incuded as a loyalty bonus. Breakfast had a few hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage) and one waffle maker. Only one glass of juice offered with each breakfast .

Friendly staff, clean room and property. Good breakfast and excellent amenities, however pool was very cold while we were there. Overall great start and I'll definitely stay again in the future.

Front desk woman was very kind. Room was nice! The bed was comfortable. Tub was large. The room was clean. We ate at the oais bar it was delicious and the drinks were strong!

Hotel is very dirty inside and out. Everything is super outdated. I have stayed in several Motel 6's that had better rooms and amenities. The only positive i can say was that the beds were comfortable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Plus the lazy river, hot tub, and being walking distance to so many things was fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

Loved this hotel, has many things to do, they have a sports court, jungle gym for kids, a pool, spa, lazy river, restaurant, bar and a gifr shop. The cleaning ness was good except we kept finding hairs all over our blankets but other than that we really liked this hotel.

Check in was very slow and we found ourselves waiting in a queue for a long time. No upgrade offered. Late checkout until refused unless we paid $25. Bedding and mattress felt damp.

Tha main reason for booking at red lion hotel is their lazy river, we did enjoy it, the weather is perfect and its not crowded. Its just that they open at the time of checking out. We wish they open a little bit sooner so the guests will enjoy their time

The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious. The only thing i was missing was an in room coffee pot. We did not eat at the hotel as there were so many options close by. The lazy river was small but did the job. It was a very relaxing weekend for us. I plan to go back here again.

I booked a handicapped room and was surprised there was a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. I was not able to get into the tub. There is no desk to use laptop.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal for a 13th birthday surprise. Was pleasantly surprise by the hospitality of this hotel. Super clean and my granddaughter loved the lazy river slide. The pool was also nice.

We had a great time and had 3 rooms. There were no problems or issues. The breakfast was amazing. We all wake up at different times and being able to go to breakfast when you wake up instead of getting everyone together and waiting an hour somewhere else. That was the best. The man who worked dining room was amazing.

Everything was very good considering the amount of people that were staying here for hurricane Milton. The staff was friendly and ready to help if needed and rhe property was very clean! Thanks Red Lion for making our stay a very comfortable one!
