The hallway was filled with the smell of someone smoking in one of the rooms. The beds were not clean and had bed bugs. The carpets were dirty and the facility was very run down. Overall, we did not end up staying there and filed a refund request and ended up making another reservation through hotels.com in Holiday Inn Express nearby. This hotel should be removed from hotels.com. The reviews online are horrible and did not see them prior to making the reservation. This hotel can also be a health risk for many.

The room’s plaster walls were crumbling on the floor and the carpet and chair fabric were stained. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly, but the hotel was so bad it wasn’t an enjoyable stay at all. I recommend spending a little more and staying elsewhere.

For a strict non smoking hotel, it reeked of smoke. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was clean though and breakfast was great. I can see they are updating things.

The beds were amazing. The rest, not so much the walkways were filthy, the employees were rude. There were some sketchy people walking through and getting ice from the machine. Filling huge coolers.
There was a man standing by the pool area asking for money. Then he stood there just watching us, until I felt uncomfortable and went inside.
Also, it isn't listed on the site, but when you book there is a fee. Undetermined how much I heard one say $50 and I heard the other say $100. Mine was $50

Water pressure for shower was terrible. Only pressure for hot water. The bath tub gets backed up when you take a shower.
The sink next to the bathroom gets backed up. Dirt everywhere. A half of a small roll of toilet paper. The pool outside was filled with dirt and leaves.

This was by far the FILTHIEST room we had ever seen! First room the lights in the bathroom didn’t work,so we were given a second room,which had someone else's hair ALL over the toilet,tub,and bathroom.there was dirt and debris in every corner, NO toilet paper (went and bought our own) the ONLY clean part of the room was the sheets. We will be adding ALL Baymont hotels to the list of "never again".Friendly staff,yes- and the morning coffee with their breakfast tasted BURNT.

However, the room was in poor condition, generally speaking, with both lamps and electrical outlets that weren’t working, and a magnetic door lock that were very fickle. Overall, this was a property in need of a good physical overhaul.

What I liked was the beds were comfortable and that was it. The elevator was out of order. We were given 3 rooms before one was acceptable. All rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. Rooms not vacuumed, not mopped with dirty mirrors and walls. Bathtubs could use bleach. All had chipped paint and dirty furniture.

The pictures are deceiving, hotel is in horrible conditions. Bed sheets were not even changed, there were hairs in my sheets, bed was broken. Bed tilt over and I hit my head, there were ashes in the sink upon arrival. My other room had no water, the faucet was broken, we had minor children. They did not do anything about it, sheets were not replaced, nothing.

I usually don’t like to write these reviews, but unfortunately, we arrived and tried to check in and there is a lineup with one girl working who was getting screamed at by four different customers with complaints. when we checked into the room, we noticed that the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush, The room felt damp, including the bedding, The door didn’t shut properly, and our feet were black once we left from walking on the carpet. definitely won’t be back, unfortunately unless upkeep changes.
