I understand kitchen amenities are available but I arrived quite late. it would be nice if at least 1 set of silverware and a glass were available already in the room.

Employees often couldn’t find my reservation Rude at times

For this price their needs to be updates. The carpet is obviously old and creates an "old" smell throughout the hotel. The older carpets definitely need to be pulled up.

Muffins were fine, but I would have liked some fresh fruit.

The pond outside was a real mess. The dressers in the room seemed shabby and worn. Not bad overall though.

Just moved here from Texas close to our work.

The noise above us. Kids running but it's ok.

The only thing that was somewhat ok was location.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed at! To start with upon arrival, they mixed up reservation and tried to give us a smaller room and only after I produced my paper copy of reservation was the larger room given to us. Our room and entire facility was dirty, paint chipping, and really had seen better days. The bed was very lumpy and the sheets did not fit properly. Our paperwork/reservatiion stated there was to be weekly room service but was told would only be every two weeks. On day 2 or 3 told them could they at least clean the floor of our room as there was garbage under the chair and bed. They relucently cleaned the floor. We found most of the staff rude with an attitude that said they wish they could be somewhere else. One night I asked the front desk people about purchasing a bottled drink from machine. Was told machine only took quarters and cost per drink was $2.50. As I only had $5 bill asked for change and was told they would not open new roll of quarters. I said so then I could not purchase drink and they said that is right. I had to get in my car and go to late night store. I will say there was 1 or 2 staff people that were very pleasant and very sorry as to the rudeness of the other staff but this did not make up for the others. We would have changed hotel but had already paid as well as holiday and did not think would be able to find room at this last minute.
