Overall, the stay was pretty good. I was really caught off guard that the Hotel required a $100 incidental charge. Although I understand that there is a such charge, holding $100 should not be allowed for a 2 Star hotel. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels and never paid that amount. I was informed that the hold would be anywhere from 5 to 7 days. I really don’t feel good about this type of business practice. Unacceptable!!!

I arrived to see a “be back in 15 min” sign. The front desk was busy getting bedding for a guest who was given a room without linens. Then I had to try three rooms until we found we could tolerate to sleep in. First one ac didn’t work, one had a thick odor of mold and one had dog fevers in the hallway. The entire hotel had tobacco and cannabis smell. I’ve never given a 1 star review, this should be a zero star. It was filthy and this hotel should be inspected.

The room was very clean and had a lingering odor of bleach. The bed was not very comfortable and the property location is very noisy. I could hear the vehicles traveling on I-95 all night so I did not get much sleep.

I asked for a room up front, since I am elderly and traveling alone. My room was in the 3rd floor, all the way in the back and it was spooky! Breakfast wasn’t much and the desk clerk was short after I asked for a room up front! She said this was the only one ready!

Was assigned room #311. As soon as I opened the door it smelled very musty, but it is Florida, I thought no big deal. Until I was all unpacked & walked over by the window and my socks just got instantly soaked with water. The A/C unit drained must have been back up. Took 2 whole towels to soak up the water.

This property is in a short walking distance to restaurants such as Applebees, Chili and Denny's. The in house breakfast had sausage and gravy, toast and cereals. The pool was clean and comfortable and the property was well lit. I stayed here because my son football game was being held on a Sunday morning and this location was 10 minutes away, i will def stay again when i come to this area

This is a nice little hotel that's part of comfort suites. It's right off of 95 and main stop road to beach. Everything is nearby, even a hospital. They have a little pool to refresh in and a workout room. Staff has been polite and front desk personnel are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I'll stay again. This is probably my 3rd reservation here. The only thing that I personally think needs improvement but not a deal breaker is their breakfast. I'd like to see fresh breads and some pastries. Their gravey isn't groovy and it's tasteless. Oh I think they could make fresh coffee and tea throughout the day. Otherwise I have absolutely no complaints. Breakfast isn't that big of deal to me but I want to let people know exactly what to expect. This hotel is truly a good stay. Three restaurants you can walk to and a convenient store as well.

Great place...but they say pet freindly yes but they only take dogs....im in the middle of moving. I have a service animal a cat and a sm. Dog...i needed to extend my stay but i wasnt allowed to since i will have my cat in 2 days. It was not clear from what the front desk told me that cats werent welcome. I did try to extend my stay another 8 days and get 2 rooms plus 75 $ in pet fees but she told me.that they dont take pets...bad business practice. I did only stay 3 nights and not the full 2 weeks i needed.

They charged me more than the price was on Expedia and they charged my card without asking me for a deposit that i always pay cash for that left me in a bind the room was really bad this was my third stay and it was worse you would think it would be better the bed was the worse bed i have slept on i would have been more comfortable in a tent on the ground in a sleeping bag

The room we had was very nice. Because we work 12hr shifts its was great that there wasnt a lot of noise. The breakfast offered more than cereal and breads. They have a waffle maker and served buscuts and gravy.. nice after a night shift.

I got and paid for a room through a third party. I arrived and was told they didn’t have a room I already paid for. I was moved to another room and then charged for that room. I tried to explain that I should have to pay and still did. A manager was supposed to call me but I haven’t gotten a call yet. The room was dirty and the shower wasn’t good.
