We had to strip the beds as the sheets were dirty the room was dirty. We could not even take a shower as it was dirty. When I addressed the issue with the front desk all the girl said was do you want a receipt. We will not be staying at this property again. It was the worst service I’ve ever had at this property.

The weather being oregon, was raining and wet and there was no rug outside the entry door or inside the room to be able to wipe your wet or muddy feet on. What was most uncomfortable was the fact that the heater had a dripping water sound in it the whole time and never adequately heated the room. One issue was the thermostat on the wall had no numbers on it so I did not know whether sliding the lever up or down would make it hotter. I tried both and it stayed the same temperature in the room which was quite chilly.
As far as the service is concerned I went in around 2:00 to get my room and I had asked for a first floor room and I was told I would need to wait after 3:00. At 3:30 I returned to the same moment I talked to an hour and a half before and gave her my name again and asked her for the first floor room that she told me I could come back and get in an hour and when I requested that room from her her to response was if I have one available. Well she was the one who told me to come back after 3:00 to get that first floor and then at 3:30 it seemed to be inconvenient for her.

This hotel (I mean motel) yes, it’s a motel, not a hotel, and that’s CLEAR! Went here on gameday vs Boise state because it was the cheapest available but still $200 bucks. It’s cheap for a reason. Saw a dirty bowl underneath the bed from someone else, woke up with a long strand of hair in my mouth that wasn’t mine that was left on the sheets. Tv didn’t work and no soaps or shampoo for the pity of a shower that there was which hardly comes out and is too short. Good thing that I was so drunk to care how bad the motel was and just crashed. Don’t get this hotel unless u plan on being black out drunk after a ducks game.

Girlfriend sprained her ankle on their broken stairs, when we asked to switch rooms to a bottom floor unit we were told they are completely sold out. The place didnt seem sold out so we creaked and there were rooms available still, multiple websites showed. We were forced to leave so we did not even stay here. Unfortunately some of our belongings were even left behind. Terrible experience.

There was a constant “running water” noise. The room had a musty odor when I opened the door… which I got accustomed to once the a/c kicks in.

They told us we would have our rooms ready by the time we got back from our event-coming back at midnight they told us they had given our rooms away (we had two children with us as well!). The woman did not show good support or customer service. We had already paid $300 for two rooms. We had to leave and go hotel hunting at midnight! Also very sketchy place and didn't feel very safe. Do not recommend.

Room door was open when we arrived, cleaning materials left in the room, blood stains (or hopefully red hair dye) on the bathroom floor, we were unsure if the cleaner had just been abducted.
The check-in was behind bullet-proof glass. Don’t recommend. However, the woman at the check in was helpful and not rude despite the situation.
