It was cold and noisy. The windows and walls are not well insulated. We could not get warm despite turning up the heat over several hours. We could hear the neighbors easily through the walls or windows. For the amount of money we paid, it was not a good experience.

The apartment was nice. Nice quiet place near to town. Although, there was no Dryer to dry my clothes. I also found strands of hair inside my bed. But overall rating will be 4/5.

We enjoyed the contemporary feel of the unit with the bright colourful artwork and home accessories in the bedrooms. Lovely having a lounge and kitchen and the bedrooms and linen were nicely appointed. Thank you

While there was parking on site, it was very tight, and it was made even more difficult by someone parking in the turning bay. Inside the unit was very comfortable - well appointed and clean. There were people making noise (yelling out etc) outside our window several times during the evening which was a little off-putting. The accommodation itself was very nice and we did sleep well.

Great spot to stay at if you're visiting Rotorua. The apartment is perfect for a family of four however it was only my husband and I so we had so much room. The apartment has a cozy master bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller room with two twin beds. My husband and I agreed this bed was the coziest in all of the NZ cities we stayed at. The place is very modern inside with a full-size kitchen, modern bathroom (stand-in shower, no tub) and washer (dry clothes on clothing line inside/outside). There is only one TV in the living room so this may be an issue if you want to watch TV in bed before going to sleep. The neighboring area has a shopping center nearby that you can easily walk to go to the mall or grocery store. This was very convenient.

Check in was easy did see the on site manager at all. Rooms were well equipped. I didn’t read memory foam beds somewhere I thought but ours wasn’t. The spa was so great! Communication from the host wasn’t that great as I messaged a couple of times about adding children to our booking. It wasn’t till check out that they txt and charged us more. Would have appreciated knowing earlier so we had the option to find something else. Would definitely stay here again as quiet and close to town, shops and food!
