Perfect for a couple or family traveling with several kids, this cabin features a spacious and relaxing suite downstairs and a large game/bunk room upstairs. Sleeping 6-8 guests, Hit Refresh sits on nearly 1.25 acres of beautiful woods and offers both upper and lower outdoor decks space for the family to soak in that fresh Hochatown air and reconnect in nature. Kitchen/Dining - Dining table seats 4 with additional bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. Kitchen also features a gas stove top, oven, drip coffee pot and k-cup machine, kettle, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.

The upper back deck has sectional seating, lounge chairs, and a Smart HDTV. Venture down further to the fire pit with seating for 4 to roast marshmallows over the toasty fire.
General - Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of the pet fee. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from cabin and monitoring activity approaching cabin's entrances. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 8 guests, no exceptions.

Loved the cabin. Kids loved the upstairs. Everything was great. Only critique is the chill furniture (couch/chairs) could be more comfy. But that's about it. We have stayed in a lot of places in the area and this one had one of the better grills, which is awesome if you pick up some good meats from the local meat market.

The property had a modern farmhouse feel that was very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations nice. The hot tub was dirty and we had to dump the trash on the patio. I was so concerned we would get in trouble if we did not. I was a little disappointed that the air hockey table parts were broken, and we couldn't play. I guess I expect when guest are paying as much as they are that they would make sure they don't break the rentees' property.

This cabin was perfect for my family of 5. It looked even better than the pictures. The kids loved the bunk room, arcade and hot tub. The main suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed and awesome bathroom. A highlight was seeing deer in the backyard at dusk. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Amazing gem of a cabin! We loved it and will be back! Perfect for our family. Upstairs kids room
can be a little loud since it’s hardwood floors right above the primary. But that was literally the only thing I can even come up with to think to mention. Absolutely loved it. Stayed at other cabins that were not as clean as I would like or that clearly used awful chemicals when cleaning. That was not the case here. Opened the doors to a dream stay and all the details were so thoughtful and well done. Really appreciated that. 10/10

Beautiful property, not efficient for cold weather, we checked in on a Friday afternoon, around 4pm, it was 18 degrees outside, the management company did not think to drop the faucets, so we had no hot water, one AC/heat unit for the entire place, upstairs bedroom got extremely hot and downstairs was the exact opposite.
Again, beautiful cabin, perfect set up, but when it is extremely cold, be careful…

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay tucked away in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. We all looked forward to the hot tub in the evening after a day of hiking. The upstairs was perfect for our 3 kids and the air hockey and old school video game console. We'll definitely be back!

The property is super cute upon entering but there is only one unit in the two story cabin. The bottom floor (especially the master bedroom and bathroom) stays extremely cold. The only way to keep it warm is to turn up the heat which makes everyone upstairs hot. The air vents were very dirty and the plug-ins in both bathrooms didn’t work. It was really cold so we were excited to use the hot tub. The first night we jumped in I felt some dirt in the seat of the hot tub and we smelled something terrible. At first we thought it was outside sewage but then later realized it was fhe hot tub water smelled awful. It also kept alerting us that the filter to the hot tub was 19 days overdue to be changed. It’s a beautiful cabin but I wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, the house is very nice. The upstairs kids room/game room would be great for families. However, we were looking for a quiet weekend with lots of privacy. That is not what we got-the ariel pictures have not been recently updated. There is a house directly behind this one that their front porch looks directly onto the back porch of this house. Other than the lack of privacy everything else was as advertised.

The management company was phenomenal and very available for any questions we had. Unimpressed with how not clean it was. Bugs in and on both bathroom floors. Spots on master bathroom floor that clearly indicated floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Architecture of house was great. The road to the place was a beating with all the deep ruts. All in all nice getaway just wish more attention to cleaning detail.

What a wonderful first time visit to Broken Bow. The home was so clean and we felt so at home. Blinds on upstairs area would be great! Dust from road due to clearing trees and construction occurring in front of the property was noisy and dusty but that will end soon.

Great bones, and loved the location. House was cute, amenities as advertised. A few small suggestions based upon other properties we’ve stayed at:
-blinds or curtains in the kids room, bc they are up at the sliver of the first sun over the horizon otherwise;
-coat rack: seems simple enough, but makes a big deal in the colder months for jackets, dog leashes, etc;
-maybe a boot tray—felt bad hiking our boots into the living space, so a tray would’ve been a visual queue to offload;
-maybe a few more pieces of wall cover? Seems very nit-picky, but seemed a little bare/cold.
This is in no reflection of how much we loved the property thought. It was clean, nice, and had everything as advertised on VRBO. Just a few finishing touches and it would be perfect. Thanks again for the great trip!

Just Refresh is aptly named for sure. This property was exactly what we needed, away from the crowds and relatively hidden back in a new community cut into the forests outside of Hochatown. The house was exactly as described, modern amenities with a rustic feel, and it had all the right touches. Hot tub was fabulous, kitchen well appointed, and beds were super comfortable. The main bathroom is really great for couples and the upstairs bathroom is fine for kids. The arcade game and air hockey were perfect for our teens (big fans of Tapper and Elevator Action). The fireplaces are a really nice touch as well. The oven cooked cookies and biscuits and everything else very nicely and the grill did a fine job on steaks and chicken.
We really enjoyed the long walks into the forest with our two dogs. Bring boots or trail shoes if you plan on that as the “streets” are all still gravel and rock and they switch to unmarked trails the deeper you get.
The owner response was excellent, including having maintenance come out to get the TV working outside so we could watch Ted Lasso while relaxing in the hot tub.
Local food was delicious - we tried the Mountain Fork brewery just down the road - good beer and good pizza! The ice cream shop at Okie Girls is also quite good and makes for a nice treat.
The only negative is the construction traffic during the week (which is significant) which makes walks with the family and the dog impossible during working hours. There are a lot of new homes going up, so if you like it quiet you will be disappointed at the moment, although that is probably a temporary issue. Personally, we would tell you to go and visit sooner rather than later so you can enjoy it all before the word gets out!

We had a great spring break trip in Broken Bow, and our cabin was a relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed watching movies in the hot tub, with the outdoor fireplace going, and having an air hockey tournament. We were actually happy about having rain across two days of our stay, just so we could hang out in the cabin!

This was such an amazing cabin. Everything was done so well from the decor to all the added extras. If we could suggest one thing, it would be to maybe add some blinds or curtains to the upstairs bedrooms. We absolutely loved the cabin and are already planning our next visit. Thank y’all so much.

We loved out stay at Hit Refresh. We have noticed a lot of cabins are being built close to one another, but this one was built with plenty of space from other lots. My boys loved the game room and my oldest was OBSESSED with the gaming arcade. The cabin had all the required necessities while we were there. The boys were really sad to leave and enjoyed staying here. My husband and I loved the layout and felt it was plenty of space for everyone to relax.
