The first floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a balcony. The property benefits from gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Guests also have access to a boogie board and beach equipment. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included, along with a stairgate and booster seat. There is a public car park nearby, and outside is a rear, multi-level garden with terraces and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
