Awesome Location

Best location in town. Friendly staff, close to many restaurants and attractions. The view is wonderful. The room was clean. The price was very reasonable.

We have been staying in Branson for many years. This is the worst hotel we have ever come across.

NOTHING

Everything, the pool was drained and dirty. The complete property was old and dirty. The desk clerk was unapologetic and very rude also. Please do not waste your money on this very overpriced hotel.

The stay wasn’t worth the money at all.

The location was the only thing good .

The bathroom door did have a working doorknob. Gnats flying out of the sink drain. Carpet was gross and the bed was not good at all.

we got there pool did not even have water when i asked desk person acted like couldn't understand english just kept saying has problems said that couldnt find resevation for us even though i gave him confirmation # finally got a room went to go eat came back this motel only motel in area with no electricity same clerk still unable to communicate finally got out of him that electricity had been out several times in recent days that why all guests had left said he hadnt charged us because he figured we would leave also which we got our luggage went two blocks away and stayed at serenity inn never had any problems there i still have charge on card for twinkle inn that needs to be reversed

Bug room from hell

First room key he gave me hadn't been cleaned from last visitor then one we got had roaches going up wall by bed dead ones on floor..and dirty floors my socks look like I walked outside.wouldnt stay again

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly.

Our room was very dirty. Mold behind the bed, the sheets on the bed were stained and dirty, there were dead fleas and lice under the sheets. I booked for 2 nights, we were there a half hour and immediately went someplace else.

Read the agreement.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Bed is comfy and the room is very big.

You are given one card key and sign an agreement that states a $100 fee if you lose it. No one is available at 6am to return it to, just a damaged mail box. The same agreement states a $100 fee will be incurred for filth. Vague at best as to what that means especially considering the condition of the carpets. We took pictures of everything before we brought in our bags including the cover to the a/c being chipped and not attached to the unit.

There was no breakfast.

Seemed hesitant to provide a key to both of us. Keys were deactivated before checkout time. Had to go to office to get back into room so we could finish packing vehicle. Did not reactivate a key just unlocked door, so we had to leave it open (so anyone could enter room) while we carried belongings to vehicle on other side of hotel

. The room was just the right size I loved it. I love the Refrigerator and microwave. Best location in town. Had a great ground floor room. Appreciated the recliner because I have trouble sleeping in a bed.

Room not up to our standards

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and if we asked for towels etc he accommodated us right away

Didn’t feel safe , the locks on door loose, room wasn’t clean, curtains were missing hooks , shower curtain dirty, bedspreads stained

The rooms are big and the bed is comfy. It is clean and the location is best. The price was good compared to others in the area. It was an older hotel, but it is kept up well. Everything was better than expected for the price!

I and my wife stayed one night nice and quiet and easy access to the shows and rides and silver dollar city, Bob at the office was nice the rooms are good at this price and clean the best part was the view at night off of the balcony we enjoyed our stay

Definitely would stay again

The room was what you would expect at the price point but the staff was amazing!

The upstairs neighbors were very loud and their car alarm went off multiple times a night every night we were there. Not the hotels fault, just the other guests themselves weren’t very considerate of sleeping people

It was ok but will probably find something different. You get what you pay for.

The location was great. Staff was very nice. Price was very affordable.

There are some things that needed fixed. Bathroom door didn't shut. The shower Knob was off and you had to push it with your finger. The big couch made the Wall lamps dangerous for tall peoples heads. I went to make coffee and the pot Had not been cleaned, it had a dried, molding coffee bag in it. I told front desk and they brought me a different one, that was still yuck and not very clean. I have very bad allergies and the room was clean but it had a mothball smell that about killed me.

The gentleman that checked us in and took care of our stay was phenomenal. He was very nice and accommodating.

Check in was hard. No one was in the office. Had to call to get checked in. Room wasnt ready for us. There was no microwave in room (which was fixed the next morning) the fridge wasn't plugged in and on. The towels were skimpy and they didnt offer breakfast, which was advertised when we booked. Room could have been cleaner but wasnt horrible.

The rooms smelled bad. The tile in the bathroom was broken and coming apart. The beds was hard as a rock. It was very out dated.

We would stay here again on our next trip to Branson.

The room was really comfortable, the staff was so nice. I liked the location. Close to the attractions. Many restaurant is walking distance.( Ihop, Olive Garden, )

Disappointing

The air conditioner was not blowing out cool air. My room felt like a sauna all night . Ice machine wasn’t working either.
