- Enjoy the large pool, fenced in for safety and privacy, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun.
- Outdoor dining is always an option with a BBQ grill and high-top chairs
- Two ocean-facing decks with high-top pub tables offer the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the view.
- Challenge your family member to a game of corn hole under the house
- Beach gear (wagon, toys, and chairs) are provided for you
**Kitchen & Living:**
- The kitchens (2) are fully stocked for all your culinary needs, including all the essentials. This includes full pots and pans, blenders and griddles, crock pot and waffle maker, and more!
- The dining room table comfortably seats 12, with additional seating for 6 at the island.
- The living room, tastefully designed, features a sectional and boho-inspired accent chairs and decor. Plus, it has a 75” TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies.
**Bedrooms:**
- The house boasts eight bedrooms, two on the main floor and six on the second floor.
- Every bedroom has a bathroom with full tub/shower combo
- On the main floor are two double queen rooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, large closets, and smart TVs.
- Upstairs, you’ll find two more double queen rooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, large closets, and smart TVs
- Also upstairs are four king bedrooms, all with bathrooms, and smart TVs.
- Two of the king suites have top balcony access, perfect for a late-night drink or morning coffee.
- All beds and mattresses are brand new in 2024.
**Bathrooms:**
- Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, complete with luxury showers and boho-inspired decor.
- There is a half bath off the living room for convenience during the day.
**Other Amenities:**
- Beach Gear: We provide beach gear including a wagon, chairs, and toys for your convenience.
- Pet Friendly: Bring your furry friends along as we are pet-friendly, and so is the beach.
- The house has two washer/dryers, full house central AC, and an outdoor shower.
