Welcome to our beautiful, custom home on a half acre cul-de-sac in the highly sought-after Estate Groves neighborhood with professionally landscaped front yard, 2 cozy courtyards, and brand new mini-golf course in the comfort of our backyard. Discover the impressive interior that boasts vaulted ceilings and a designer palette. Hang out in our vibrant backyard that includes a shimmering heated pool, a full-length covered patio, and plenty of space for enjoyment!
Centrally located in Mesa, just 15 min from Scottsdale, Phoenix and Gilbert and easily accessible to the best golfing and hiking trails.

SLEEPING ARRANAGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 5: Bunk bed, full over full + twin trundle
Bedroom 6/game room: Sofabed. Note, this is a secondary living room converted to a game room and bedroom space with a privacy divider.
Main living room: Oversized, 110” sofa that can comfortably sleep 1
- Queen sized air mattress
Note: during the winter months, our pool heater is able to sustain temperatures in the low to mid 70s.
Guests will have private access to the entire home, backyard, and amenities.
While I may not be available in person, I’m always just a message away. Please don’t hesitate to reach out through the app with any questions or concerns. I’m dedicated to providing prompt and helpful assistance to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Note: the heated pool works best during the late spring, summer, and early fall months. Depending on weather conditions, the heat pump may not keep up with cooler weather.
