Highly recommend staying here!

The house was spotless and well-organized, with all the amenities you could need. The house is spacious, and the lake view is absolutely stunning.

Set the bar very high for our future accommodation expectations…it’s going to be hard to beat!

Oh wow that view! It was almost a shame to leave for sightseeing. Great location, just a short drive into town, and very comfortable.

Took a while to work out the TV, but that might be an Aussie/NZ thing!

You cannot go wrong with his place!

Everything. A massive house, amazing views and luxury living! The floor to roof glass doors and windows across all rooms is the highlight of the home, as the views are just unbeatable from all rooms.

Nothing - maybe, just the fact that you had to collect and return keys from a different location. Of course, it's just 5 minutes away by car, but nonetheless to be planned.

The mice, no wood, the toilet paper was absolute budget. Nothing worked properly. The windows were covered in handprints. I've been offered a 25% refund, but I want to dispute it should be more. This was a horrible stay.

In the cabinet under the kitchen sink, there was a mousetrap WITH MOUSE. Large flies in the house, after killing four of them. The house is divided into two parts: a house and an appartement share the front door of house.

Stunning views and billion of stars

The view from this place is amazing. My dad isn't very mobile so he was so happy to be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of the very cushy couches. I love the small touches like a mirror splash back so you can still enjoy the scenery when cooking. It was colder than usual when we stayed (verified by the locals, I checked) so we enjoyed the warmth of the house so you know you will be toasty in the wnter months. There is a path up and over the back paddock. When you get to the top there is a bench with 360 degree views. Stunning. There is also a path down to town which can pass the famous church and lovely foot bridge.

Not that I had an issue but if it is really raining or snowing there is no undercover parking as the owner uses the garage for storage (something to consider, but a good ice scrapper may go a long way in winter). Another thing to note AND it was not an issue at all, was that there is an "apartment" and a "house". You cannot see and barely see the other property. It was just something I didn't know and worried me to start with so this should put your mind at ease.

covered and uncovered decking areas overlooking the lake were superb but know outdoor chairs were provided to enjoy it

Would do it again!!

Perfect family house (2 families of 4) - literally had everything you needed. Bunk beds added extra excitement for the girls.

While I appreciate the house is probably cleaned by a contractor, there should be more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. There was mold on the base of the showers and a lot or marks on the walls. House needs a good in depth clean to be honest, not just a wipe over

clean and many cooking equipment. We like how there was cleaning products as well as many blankets to share

potentially more activities to make the house more entertaining to stay in such as a pool table, card games, cardboard games etc. more family related activities

Great location with fabulous views. House very spacious with everything one needs. We loved the fire especially when snowing. Very comfortable. Keen to use again next year.

An electric blanket didn’t work on one side otherwise a great place to stay.
