Summary:
This delightful, newly refurbished, boutique 5-bedroom Regency townhouse is located just moments from the beach and Brighton Pier. Spread over 5 floors with 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, an en-suite, 2 shower rooms and an additional toilet, the house can accommodate up to 16 guests; it's perfect for families and friends. The large, fully equipped , functional kitchen / dining room is ideal for big family brunches. There's a cosy lounge with huge sofa, plus a peaceful courtyard.

The Space:
The Charles Street House is a luxurious Regency townhouse nestled right by the beach and in the heart of the city, making it an ideal escape for large groups. This spacious property features a private courtyard and flexible sleeping arrangements to comfortably accommodate everyone. Fresh bed linen, plenty of large towels, toiletries, and complimentary essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a large, modern kitchen and dining area with ample seating for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven with a 6-burner hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s even a 42” Smart TV, perfect for keeping everyone entertained while you prepare meals.

The ground floor’s cosy living room is a perfect gathering spot, featuring a large ‘U’-shaped sofa and another 42” Smart TV for your favourite movies or shows. Just off the lounge is bedroom one, which can be set up with either a king bed or two singles, depending on your group’s needs.

On the first floor, two more distinctively decorated bedrooms await. Bedroom two, with its opulent feel, includes two bunk beds (each with doubles on the bottom and singles on top), a vanity mirror with seating, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom three, decorated in neutral tones with floral accents, has a king-sized bed and a single bunk bed, along with ample storage.

The second floor hosts bedroom four with a king bed and a set of single bunk beds, and two family bathrooms. One bathroom includes a double walk-in shower, while the second features a sleek white suite with a bath, ensuring plenty of space and comfort for all guests. On the third floor, Bedroom Five has a king bed and a single bed, bathed in natural light from dual-aspect windows.

With a bathroom, an ensuite, two showers, and an additional toilet, this home eliminates the hassle of waiting in line to freshen up. The ensuite bathroom even includes a double sink, while rainfall showers in two of the showers offer a spa-like experience.

Outside, the private courtyard offers a peaceful retreat, ideal for enjoying a book, a coffee, or perhaps something a little stronger in a tranquil setting.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house during your stay.

For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over.

This is a residential street and there is a security night patrol to monitor behaviour and noise to ensure house rules are being followed and noise kept to a minimum after 10pm.

There is also a Noise Monitor installed at the property.

The Neighborhood:
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront. The house is pebbles throw from Brighton Pier

Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
