Beliggenheten var forholdsvis grei. Lå et steinkast unna strandpromenaden. På nattestid ble vi vekket gjentatte ganger skrik fra utestedet som var tett ved. Måkene som holdt til i området holdt et svare spetakkel også om natten.
Servicen fra personalet og ikke minst de som skulle levere ut og ta i mot nøkkel var helt elendig. Vi er 6 godt voksne som aldri har opplevd så lite imøtekommenhet og dårlig service noen gang. Det var frustrerende å få utlevert nøklene, det fordi vi ikke hadde fått tilsendt kode som vi skulle ha for å få utlevert nøkkel. Damen i butikken ville overhode ikke hjelpe til, Avfeide meg flere ganger og det ikke lett å få låne en penn for å notere ned koden da jeg etterlyste den. Da vi skulle levere nøklene i samme butikk senere, toppet det seg. Damen ble sint da jeg fotograferte at jeg leverte nøklene, vi fikk ikke kvittering på at nøklene ble levert. Og med den erfaringen vi hadde gjort oss hittil turte vi ikke noe annet. Vi har ikke tidligere vært borte i slik oppførsel som denne damen hadde, og vi måtte ta med det ekstra settet med nøkler med oss
Vi var uten strøm og lys på badet i halve oppholdstiden vår. Når 6 personer i alderen 61 - 76 år skal stelle seg og bruke badet i stummende mørke med kun lys fra en mobil er det greit å gi tilbakemelding. Utleier var klar over at det ikke var lys på badet, det sto en lapp over bryteren at denne ikke måtte røres. Det ble gitt beskjed til utleier på mandag da vi kom, det skjedde ikke noe før vi purret på onsdag. Da først etter to døgn fikk vi lys på badet.
Utleier svarte/ svarer fremdeles ikke på henvendelsene våre og de tilbakemeldingene vi har gitt, neglisjerer de det rett og slett. Utleier reserverte 250£ på konto i tilfelle det ble skadet noe i leiligheten under vårt opphold. Da brannalarmen var blitt utløst i vår leilighet mens vi var ute og spiste middag torsdag kveld, ble ikke alarmen registrert noen steder. Jeg ringte to ganger til utleier kl 21:07 og 21:08 for å få hjelp til å avstille alarmen. Ingen tok telefonen. Heldigvis kom det en beboer og fikk stengt alarmen via et panel i 1 etasje.

Location was excellent, noisy outside, but the fan drowned out most of the noise. Nice modern apartment, just needs a bit of updating.
The hallways had bags of rubbish in them , which was very unpleasant. Needs outside bins. The rug had upturned edges , which were a trip hazard.
Leaky shower tap. Also the dishwasher didn’t work.

Location was great, security was great, key collection and instructions were fine. It was accessible and comfortable. The beds were good, the bathroom was clean and the flat was spacious
On arrival there was no running hot water at all which was very, very disappointing after a long and difficult drive. There was hot water the next morning and for the rest of our stay.
The streets outside were quite noisy but that’s a busy city centre at night.

I had some problems collecting keys as the message through Booking.com got delivered later than expected. Still a smooth experience nonetheless.

Had to pick up keys from a shop a seven minute walk away. Television was ridiculously small, as was seating area. No information in property. No personal contact of any kind. Flat was cold and heating was complicated. Had to find out how to use it via YouTube video.

The fact you couldn’t collect and drop off the keys on site. First experience of this and it wasn’t good. It would put me off coming again.

The location was perfect and the views from the balcony were beautiful.
Key collection should be closer to the property rather than by the station for those who drive this would make easier pickup and drop off

Beds were very comfy, terrace was lovely everywhere was clean, fully equipped kitchen and very good area
The toaster kept breaking so made it hard to use and one of the showers part to turn on and off kept falling off so was unable to use. I think it would have been a bit easier if there were more then one set of keys for the apartment as it worked out a bit difficult when one person was going out and the other staying in.

Breakfast question not applicable - self catering. Position was good - very near the front.
Didn't like the great amount of condensation on windowsills which permeated clothing and papers, making everything feel damp. Not a very healthy atmosphere to live in. Dishwasher became inoperative towards the end of our stay.

the entrance hall was a messy although clean so it wasn’t very welcoming. No staff at all in sight but they promptly and efficiently responded to Whats App messages.

Fantastic terrace, amazing view day & night . Lovely spacious apartment, all mod cons, perfect location for the seafront, shops, bars , restaurants. Staff very responsive & helpful when contacted.
Needs a hand rail in the shower & possibly a shower/ bath mat as it can be slippy when showering.

No staff on site, Collected keys from a shop a mile away and was only given that information a few minutes before arriving which wasn’t helpful. As soon as we got into apartment it became apparent there was a party in the flat next to us and we brought this upto management but didn’t get any response, also asked them if they could provide an iron/ironing board and got no reply but despite that still got about 30 emails from them all just with the same details over and over again. Mould in bathrooms, terrace was very dirty and filled with rubbish and bird excrement. Tv signal was poor and asked for an extra half hour for checkout as the 10am checkout is very early, no reply and bang on 10am housekeeping knocked and then just walked into flat. For £650 per night for the two of us it’s fair to say this was a rip off.

The location was excellent. Difficult to find once we'd made it to GREEN DIAMOND as its a large building and the entrance is a tad secluded, however, staff from the local restaurant are obviously used to tourists being lost in the courtyard and were happy to direct us to the entrance. Security of the building is great in terms of needing a fob to access the lobby and the same fob needed to use the elevator. The apartment was bigger than expected, definitely enough room for all of us. Toiletries were appreciated, however, kitchen roll in the kitchen would be appreciated. Rooftop terrace was lovely with a beautiful view of the beach, shame the weather was freezing and wet so we couldn't take advantage of it.
Either the fire alarm sensors in the apartment we stayed in are faulty OR very sensitive to smoke from the neighbouring property but it was triggered at 4am during the first night of our stay. We all made our way out of the apartment in order to evacuate only to be greeted by a very angry woman who claimed the fire alarm went off every night and was blaming us. Not a good thing to be told on your first night's stay as we then expected it to happen every night again during our stay so we didn't sleep very well. It never happened again but the experience soured the trip. Not to mention those who DID evacuate and congregated outside the building all claimed our apartment was the trigger, therefore, we had to defend ourselves against the other residents. Once the fire fighters arrived to check the apartment and could happily report there was no trigger, they suggested it was a fault with the system.
Also, the walls to the neighbouring property aren't thick enough to block out the sound of noisy neighbours next door.

I feel the advert was very misleading.
The photo that showed on advert gave impression that it has a lot more style and a sea view and a balcony.
It was very expensive for what it was.
There was not enough bed covers and no microwave.

Outside terrace lovely. Good quality linen and towels. Great kitchen.
I was really disappointed with the view from the terrace. I thought it would be the sea view shown in all the photographs, but that view is apartment 40 and we got apartment 39. I would still have booked but it should be made clear which apartment you are booking and which view you get.
The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, only one guest stayed on it but they struggled to get a good night.
In the description, it would be really useful if you suggested when arriving by car to park in the lanes car park while you unload your stuff. You can’t park anywhere near the apartment (which is fine, it is in a brilliant location) but it would have been useful to know to park there while you get sorted out.

The location was great. Property was clean. A bottle of bubbles was there on our arrival - a very nice touch.
Picking up the keys in a random shop. Also the blinds in the flat felt like office blinds. Not the greatest and let in so much light.

Very scruffy outside and not very well lit at night, wouldn’t have wanted to be a lone traveller. The building has odd smells and the apartment smelt weird when we arrived. The blinds were poor in all the rooms which impacted sleep.
Was very inconvenient to have to pick up and drop off the keys from the convenience store. A key safe would have been much better. Also since booking I have received a ridiculous amount of emails from the property; there is good communication and then bombardment. I don’t need an email (or 3) a day the week before we arrive, 5 emails on the day before we arrive, 3 on the day and 2 the day before we go. It’s annoying and the important information ended up getting lost in all the other crap. Let me enjoy my stay.

The size of the apartment and the comfortable bed and how near it was to the Lanes.
Noise below bedroom window as men on bikes were hanging about there late at night. I would not advise a single female or females to book there. Also very noisy with bin lorries at 6am. Couldn't work oven and shower head was broken.
