This spacious unit is ideal for families, friends, or any group traveling together. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two dining areas, and two comfortable living rooms. There is a connecting door in the open kitchen areas that connect the two units. The living rooms and each bedroom are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs that have streaming capabilities. Additionally, each unit comes with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Central Warehouse District
Our central location puts you right in the middle of all things New Orleans! We are less than a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, Caesar’s Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Caesar’s Casino, WWII Museum, and Morial Convention Center. We are also just across the street from a Rouses’ Supermarket that houses a Starbucks. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, and entertainment are all within a short walk of this property.
Communication
Our arrival and departure processes are contactless with the building and unit door codes being sent to you prior to arrival. A rental agreement is required to confirm your booking. A few days prior to arrival, you will receive a virtual check-in message to confirm your information prior to receiving all of your personal codes 3 days prior to arrival. Our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
