Pleasant for a one night stay

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

There's no lift, but the steps at the stairs were rather too high, so it was an ardous climb to the 3rd floor.

Very nice, especially for a budget hotel!

The staff were very helpful. Checkin is listed as "until 10pm", my flight was late but the night staff man still let me in and did everything possible to make me comfortable.

There was some noise outside sometimes.

Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Right next to the north station.

There isn’t a lift but this was no issue for me- could be for you.

Worst hospitality and arrogant management

Only like the connectivity part to reach the city center…

The staff or the management was not at all responsible and very rude….I have booked a AC room to manage the temperature inside room as was travelling with a 3 month old baby….and then the AC in the room was not working….and management says they cannot do anything with AC not working and very arrogant. They were so rude to say that the outside temperature is 18 so can manage ourselves by having the windows open. They were like you can cancel your booking if needed. They should learn a way to deal with customers who come with pre booking.

Not the best hotel but good if you just want a place too sleep and don’t want to spend a ton of money.

We got a room with our own bathroom and a fridge. It was located near bus and trams, also has a supermarket and a bakery very close.

They don’t have an elevator so it was very heavy carrying our bags up to the third floor. It’s also not the cleanest hotel I’ve been to but it wasn’t super dirty. The bathroom smelled like chlorine and because the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived it also smelled bad.

Room was clean, it had almost everything we needed: bed, wardrobe, table but just one chair

the room had just one chair, so it was hard to work in two, the space also was limited, there were just 5 cloth hangers for both of us which was not suitable when you travel for work for several days, the bathroom has unpleasant smell, the shower did not work properly

Place is nice, sunny and very clean, but the receptionist is so rude and seems like there are no employees in the place.

Location is good but the sign says only hotel

They had no elevator, and no people who work to help you lift your bag up the stairs, and receptionist did it as it was a favor. There was no shampoo, tissues, lotion, toothpaste or anything at all literally only hand soap.

Clean room and shared areas, smiling staff, good breakfast.

Water leakages in bathroom, so we had to wash feet after all needs in there.. wifi was nearly useless, disconnections all the time.

Small hotel Botanique

Hotel close to Botanique metro station, very clean room. The towels were changed everyday

Breakfast is poor and the heating system is off so it is pretty cold in the room. The TV remote have no explanation so it is hard to figure out how it works

Perfect hotel for a short stay! Very good price/quality for Brussels!

The hotel is clean and perfect for a 2 nights stay!

No elevator and a bit difficult if you have luggage.

There was mold on the bathroom ceilings and the rooms were very bare and cold. For the price this place is definitely not worth staying at.

Had to close my nose

The location was a bit nice

The smell of the room. The smell of the bathroom The smoke detector was surrounded with paper felt suspicious. I asked the receptionist if it was okay, they said yes! The bed was fine but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Room was called the heating was not properly configured.
