La posizione strategica rispetto alle spiagge e al centro di Tropea, entrambe raggiungibili anche a piedi

La stanza perchè era veramente ridotta al minimo, rispetto anche alla parte esterna

etwas außerhalb von Tropea, hat alles was man braucht. Etwas laufen sollte man können/wollen

zu Fuß 15min von Innenstadt Tropea entfernt. Frühstück alles was man braucht. neben großen Luxushotel, in dem durchaus mal Feste gefeiert werden- Tolle etwas erhobene Lage. Ich war zweimal dort ... auf der Hin- und Rückreise. Hinreise kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett ... das sollte man nicht viel Gepäck dabei haben. Auf der Rückreise kleine Ferienwohnung. Prima mit Außenküche. Würde wieder dort hingehen. Hat alles gepasst. Parken mit Motorrad kein Problem

Great, convenient stay. Fabulous sized rooms with balcony, and stove top. Clean rooms and facilities.

Strict rules for the pool. We were unaware you couldn’t swim in the pool without a cap until arriving at the property and reading the entry sign.

I liked it and definitely come back!

It was good experience. Room was big, light and clean. All necessary was in room. Terrace with kitchen was good. View was perfect on inner garden, swimming pool, sea and forest around. Hotel located out of center, so it was calm and quiet (suits for families and children). Staff was nice and helped us. Closest beach ~10 minutes by walk.

Location is pretty far from city center (30 minutes by walk), so you need a car or scooter. We rent a scooter from hotel, it was a good idea to explore Tropea and location around.

very enjoyable stay

beautiful scenery and location, room was very clean. Staff where very helpful, facilities where amazing. location is a 20 minute walk from the town, so recommend to have a vehicle of some kind if this is a longer stay.

travailing from the train station was hard to find the property as maps sent us down a closed off road. so recommend getting transportation sorted before arrival

Make sure you know exactly what you are booking

The view was great of both the city and the sea, it's set in a prime location, a few minutes away from the beach.

You need to pay very close attention to the photos of the room/apartment you are booking. There is a wide difference between the King Room that shows in most photos and the superior apartment, for example. The photos are also very flattering. The apartment was way below expectations. Rooms are very tight (you barely fit between bed and wall) and most furniture (both interior and exterior) is quite run down. The pool is smaller compared to how it looks in photos. Considering you have a kitchen, you miss a lot of useful items such as cloths, dish soap...

Very good

The location was stunning, with a fantastic view of the sea and the city of Tropea. The garden and the pool was perfectly maintained and the staff was very friendly. The beach was just a 10 minutes walk away.

We had good fun.

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast was OK but the staff are great. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we always went into Tropea which is nearby for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife. There are beaches galore.

The shower does not have a shelf so one has to put their soap and whatever down on the floor. Not well thought out. Also, the terrace faces directly into the sun in the evenings making it very hot and unpleasant. They could use an umbrella or some sort of covering. The kitchen is outdoors on the terrace which would be nice if there was some shade. Unfortunately there were no glasses in the kitchen, no toaster and no microwave or kettle. Needs some attention.

Pleasant staff members and the host. Lovely terrace with a few chairs and table. Clean, well maintained and good size room. The pool just outstanding.

There wasn't a window in the room and actually it felt little bit isolated. No information in English at the reception at all.

attractive setting with great pool.

the pool the staff reacted well to a broken shower which was replaced with a couple of hours. whilst breakfast not included there was the opportunity to buy tea/coffee and croissants/cake

the room was very basic. we had to go for quadruple room as there didn’t appear to be an option for twin beds. we felt a kettle would be a good addition to the fridge that was there and a few more shampoo/shower gels.

I would recommend friends to stay here. The pool is warm.

View of the sea from the pool and breakfast are.

Breakfast was Croissant and coffee. There is not walking path to the harbor, just a road with cars. Not advisable to walk to the beach. Drive, park, get parking ticket. We were fined 27 euros. We arrived late at 9 PM and wished to use the pool but the manager was already cleaning it. And check out was 0800 to 0900 in the morning so we could not use the pool.

Excellent value for money, Fantastic location on the top of the hill, with a great view at the historical town of Tropea. 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bicile, 16 minute walking , with a free cristal beach just down the road.

Nice location with beautiful view on Tropea and sunset. Free parking. In a bar you can have some croasans for breakfast and good coffe.

Rules for using a pool - you have to have a swiming cap and you can not use a pool during a night time. Pure wifi in room.

The location was so nice and peacefully very close to the facilities and the beaches.

The hotel did not inform the customers about breakfast removed due to covid, also they should clean the room often, not every three days.
