What a shame that a good rating of the experience ended with a bad taste.

We like the location and the comfort of the place for our family. The place was clean and had all the stuff you need to fill like home. The ubication was so near to Plaza Arauco and to Turistik, we don´t need to take buses or taxis to move.

The delivery of a $100 guarantee that they promised to return at the time of check out. So far they haven't returned it and they haven't responded to my messages either. What a shame that a good rating of the experience ended with a bad taste.

No dan desayuno; no hacen limpieza diaria; no hay recambio de papel higiénico.

No dan desayuno; no hacen limpieza diaria; no hay recambio de papel higiénico. La Administradora doña Carolina Rozzi Vidal no da la cara, muy prepotente; cero disposición a solucionar hasta la falta de papel higiénico señalando que ellos ponen un solo rollo y que lo demás debe comprarlo el cliente (inaudito por el precio y considerando que estaba 4 dias); no hay paños de cocina; no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que en ningún caso se puede recomendar para época de calor; pequeño porte de la pieza ; se escuchan ruidos de los Dptos cercanos; no tiene black out sino simple cortina.

Ideal para hacer mucho shopping

La ubicación es super cómoda, y a metros del shopping mas grande de Santiago. es ideal para hacer grandes compras, ya que me vino de diez para poder comprar mucho, ir hasta el dpto, dejar las cosas y volver a salir varias veces en el mismo día. la vista es increíble. La cama, los sillones, la cocina, todo es muy cómodo y bien equipado

Great location and comfortable facilities like a rooftop pool, gym and laundry room.

This apartment is very functional, but not at all cozy. It feels quite sterile. Also, there were none of the small comforts that make life easier like salt or sugar, or oil. We even had to buy toilet paper because only one roll was provided. The furniture was pretty, but it felt a bit substandard quality. All in all it felt like the apartment was for show and not to really live there.

Excellent apartment on a trendy neighborhood with great hosts.

The room was very nice and big. The building was clean. The elevator was fast and quiet. The hosts are probably the best asset as they made every effort to make my stay a good one.

The cabling in the bedroom was not very organized. The cleanliness was good but not great. There were areas that were not dust off. Having some salt and pepper would help to make the stay cozy.
