Bueno pero falta de mantenimiento a todas las cosas dentro del apartamento

Buena ubicación y apartamento amplio

Lo sacan a uno muy temprano entra uno a las 3 pm y desde las 10 am lo están sacando a uno, no dan ni tiempo para uno arreglarse, además la habitación principal el aire no le funcionaba y hasta apagado tiraba agua y tenía todo el tiempo el piso mojado

Muy mala la experiencia.

Solo la ubicacion.

Los equipos de aire acondicionado no se podían regular ya que los controles no correspondían, los ascensores todos los días con problemas, el refrigerador no funcionaba y por último la lluvia se pasaba a la habitación principal.

La gran vista espectacular, el acceso a cocina, zona de lavado y el parqueadero en el edificio

El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones nunca funcionó y el mal olor en uno de los baños. También a veces funcionaba un solo ascensor y la cantidad de gente subiendo o bajando era tan pequeño que no cabía más de 4 o 5 personas y tocaba esperar demasiado por otro

Expectations didn’t meet reality. Dirty apartment with terrible staff.

The location was the only positive thing about this property.

My wife and I checked in at 15:00 and went up to the apartment to discover two men cleaning it still. We had to wait 20 minutes while they hastily completed their work; however, it still was not clean. The apartment is desperately in need of a deep cleaning and it was apparent that the staff paid zero attention to detail. Several things were in disrepair or in need of replacement. The apartment did not have any towels despite their cleaning check list noting that there should have been 8. The young man working at the front desk of the property management company promised that he would deliver towels but did not. This place was a huge disappointment.

Was nice but could have been better.

We ate breakfast at a little shop within the building. The attendant was marvelous and the food was delicious!! The view of “El Laguito” from that terrace was beautiful. Some of the views from the apartment were nice. The apartment had a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice.

The check-in and key pickup were in a different building than the apartment. It was a bit frustrating looking for the right place and walking back and forth. I was given a number to call/text, but it seemed that was not the same people as when I checked in. The number of beds in the apartment were not sufficient for the number in our reservation, but they made it right by bringing extra mattresses. When we were low on toilet paper, their response was “we gave you a roll of toilet paper as a courtesy, but it’s not included.” Or something like that. Overall, the 7 of us made the best of it, but our experience could have been better.

Only the sea view, nothing else, I did put my money in the trash.

It's a building with many bad and dangerous anomalies, the elevators are too small for the for the numbers of people who use it. The building has 21 floors, with 20 apartments in each floor, and there is only 2 elevators, with capacity for 4 people every elevator, elevators get blocked on every floor, it's a dangerous and torturous kind of feat, was a really bad expirience, they cut off the water every so often and you get soapy in the middle of the shower, the towels and all the kitchen utensils are old and disgusting, the doors don't close well and aren't safe, if you lose any belongings no one responds, no waste your money on those old buildings, you will only pay for the view, the sea view is the only good thing, the rest is pure garbage

TOO MUCH PROBLEMS. NEVER RENT THIS ACCOMMODATION.

Nothing. The good thing is that I know now that I will never rent this place again in the future.

The apartment is not the same as described here. Many problems in the apartment upon our arrival. Problem of A/C (leak), bad Wifi connection in the back room, problem with the reception who invents any excuse to steal his customers. Never rent accommodation to these thieves. All good comments are scammers. The price is overvalued compared to the quality offered. $20 surcharge for a towel that could be washed. Illegal housing condition statement and not even signed at the correct date. Lack of professionalism. Even if you are many people, they give you only one access card (illogic).

The view is amazing! The staff was nice..

There was no towels or pillows in the apartment. The elevators were always out of service. Staying in the 7th floor was a hassle. Had to ask for an appointment to go the pool and there was no point for there was a lot of people there...

The beds were comfortable Nothing else.

There nothing in this apartment to help your stay. The kitchen is small and bad distributed, up to the point you can't open the cabinets because is block by the stove exhausted fan.

Great stay!

We loved the view from the balcony! The balcony itself was beautiful. The rooms were comfy and the beds too, bathrooms clean and kitchen was fine. AC was really nice! We did like how spacious it was and also the fact the TV had Netflix. The main room is big. Water in the shower is fine and the location is terrific! There is everything to do around. We really enjoyed our stay here and I have to admit I felt very sad when I closed the door for the checkout as this apartment was my stay when I got married in Cartagena, from here, I went straight to the airport to our honeymoon. Thank you for everything!

As far as the apartment, the microwave did not work and we had to wait for like 3 days to be exchanged, good thing we stayed 2 weeks. It rained one night, heavy rain, and the water came in through the window of the main room, leaking, not good. Wifi is good but sometimes it was slow. Now, nothing to do with the apartment but the building itself...that elevator is terrible! The middle one NEVER worked for 2 weeks and the wait is long for any of the other working elevators, which is very annoying and frustrating because supposedly only 3 people are allowed in, but since everyone is tired of waiting, people just go in and don't care, I saw about 8 to 10 people in an elevator that only fits about 6, without a pandemic...imagine with the pandemic. Stairs are always an option...but when you stay on the 13th floor, even worse, higher...it stops being one.

Apartment was not well maintained , we had troubles with the airco, toilet and internet. Overall the apartment didn’t appear to be clean.

On the arrival the staff was good. Thats all.

Had and awful stayed, the night of arrival as soon as i went to sleep the bed broke, cause ot was broken already and they never came to fix it. Had to sleep on the couch. I consider this the worst place i have ever experienced.
