It was a good vacation.

Upgraded to the Adult only TRS. Swim up room was great. The dinners at restaurants were good. Lunch options were also good. Beach and pools great. Alcohol options met expectations. Butler was amazing.

The sparkling wine and Prosecco tasted like vinegar. Being pressured to sit through a time share presentation 3x. Having to pay $30 USD for sunscreen. The resort is HUGE, lots of cart traffic that get aggressive with walkers on the paths.

I liked that they had many restaurants that you could pick from that were also included at no extra cost. It was nice. The bathtub was nice after they fixed it, our friends tub also had the same issue. The pools and bar service were awesome and all the people were really nice.

I was extremely shocked and disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. The front desk staff was nice. We arrived way later than we told them and our room was still not ready. They saw that I requested a king unit and had to wait for it to be cleaned arriving 5 hours after the set arrival time. No big and they were nice. The issue was after dinner and we got to our room, it was GROSS. We found toe nails and feathers and dirt all over the ground. Plus stains all over the bed sheets. And that happened 3 times. They had to change them 3 times from oil stains and brown stains etc on them. The towels are also terrible. They are not soft and very tattered and coming apart at the edges. They shouldn't be using any towels like that for the cost of this place.

Overall great experience

The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. I can not say enough about how good the service was during my stay. There are also plenty of options for great tasting food.

The beach was not very clean, and there were too many restricted areas. Also had a terrible experience with the transportation. Although we paid and waited for an hour, our ride to the airport never arrived. We were saved by the amazing receptionist at the front desk who helped us get another ride.

1. Buffet Food Options - Average and repeating every day made it boring. 2. The butler's response times on WhatsApp were inconsistent. Sometimes you would get a response instantly and sometimes you would never get a response. Looks like guests to butler ratio was not enough.

Amazing birthday trip.

Loooovvvvveeeddd everything about the resort. I went for a last minute birthday trip. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly even when I arrived after 10PM. Was able to indulge in the silent party by the pool bar Aqua that night and get some food from 24hrs sports bar. The property grounds were amazingly clean and refreshing. There is a lot to do here if you stay for a week. Between the spa and riding the boat up to my room gave an unforgettable luxury experience. The food was amazing. Poiseidon and Sumptuori was my favorite. I will definitely return to Grand Palladium for another vacation to indulge in the other thing I missed out on. Overall great experience and fun people.

The fact that I didn't book an Oceanview room. The bottled water in the rooms taste funny. Everything else was great.

nothing special to eat calling guest service for a soap for two days and nothing has happened, a huge hotel with less facilities it’s not a really Uall hotel cause you can’t find any thing specially to eat at all, I heard a lot about this issue but I thought maybe there is a change , but nothing! the front desk didn’t answer the telephone!!! Long story short , won’t come back again. too far from every attractions of Cancun

This second time is very disappointing for us.

A + for the Thai restaurant

Very disappointed by the service People agressive and moody at the front desk and at the restaurant area. Hard to get a coffee for breakfast. The room needed a full maintenance (phone broken, door noisy, shower not working well etc) and was not smelling well

Very nice hotel for families

Hotel is big and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the food was pretty good. The. night shows were very nice. The pools were great. Especially the Kids pool. The mini club was great. our son enjoyed it very much.

The waiting time for a golf cart was too long. Many times when they came they were full and had to wait for another one. Food in the main restaurant was repetitive. Shower pressure in our room wasn’t great.
