Bien placé mais vieillot

Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propre Personnel correct Bon petit déjeuner

L' Insonorisation par rapport à la rue ne fonctionne presque pas , difficile pour dormir On a réservé et payé une chambre pour 3 personnes mais il n'y avait qu'un lit double Le canapé lit était particulièrement inconfortable, quasiment impossible de dormir dessus

Good value for money

Great location, close to metro. Spacious room with kitchen, quite clean. Breakfast was basic but good enough for me.

Très bon séjour malgré que nous sommes restés que 2 jour

Choix pour le petit déjeuner. Studio avec rangements et cuisine assez grande pour 2. Chambre séparée du reste du studio.

Great location but the prices were off from what we expected. Breakfast was really good also!

Amazing location and the hotel room was almost like having a full apartment to ourselves!

They charged me more than I booked for prior and wouldn’t change it and before showing up the reservation never said anything online about parking & we ended up paying an extra $200 for parking. I am English so it was hard to communicate with the staff fully.

Not sure that I would recommend this place to someone else.

Breakfast and location were both fine

I requested housekeeping on two of the five days and both days I came back in the evening and my room was never cleaned. Was really disappointed. The shower was dirty, bed sheets had hair in them. I had to get a new key 3 times because it stopped working even though I made sure to put it in a different pocket than my phone.

La ubicación, limpieza.

El hotel necesita una renovación completa. Ventanas que no aíslan ni del ruido ni del frío ni calor, aire acondicionado obsoleto delante de la cama, electrodomésticos de los años 60, baño muy antiguo con toallas manchadas de los años y el uso. En definitiva, el hotel no tiene un precio acorde a la calidad de los servicios que ofrece.

Feels old

Location is good, and there is a parking option for 20CAD a day. Breakfast was ok.

Although it is partly renovated, it has a feel of an old grandmother's house. The hotel smells bad (rooms and corridors).

Located on a busy street, loud traffic

Hotel is located in a great spot, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Very comfortable beds.

Hotel is located on a busy road, lots of traffic, sirens, loud. Had to park at a different hotel a block away, parking is limited and very tight squeeze. Can hear water running through pipes, not very quiet in the rooms.

Great value!

We were there only for one night, and were looking for something near the bus terminal. We had a fully furnished apartment with a sofabed for our daughter, and a separate bedroom for us. Very roomy, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, simple but the best we have had in similar hotels in Canada. Free of charge bagage storage was also very useful for us. We will come back for sure!!

Die Lage war perfekt, das komplette Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß erreichbar, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen.

Durch die zentrale Lage war es auch nachts sehr laut.

Fabulous location, only a short walk from Old Montreal. We are repeat guests and love the location. Good breakfast included.

Exceptional

The room was clean and perfect for our stay. Great breakfast every morning , convenient location within walking distance to Old Montreal. Staff was friendly. Underground parking was a bonus and close enough to the hotel.

Very very good

Everything was very good. Continental breakfast could have had a little more choice but it was good. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

One staff member at reception was new and didn’t know the answer to our questions. So, a new staff member should not be left alone, like he was, to answer questions that he was unsure what the answer was.

What I liked about this place is that although it didn't come with any special or exceptional feature (like pool, fancy rooms, furniture, etc.), it satisfied all our needs and gave us all we wanted from a nice stay.

Staff were friendly overall, but they could be even more friendlier :)

The people who were at kitchen and breakfast area were working hard and were able to keep the tables clean and in order. The location of the hotel is very central, easy access to many locations with short walks.

The front desk people could be more friendly, willing to listen and help.

The room was confortable and spacious. Well equiped kitchen Good breakfast. Location was great.

Front desk staff. I ask for cleaning every day and they didn't came. They charge me for laundry in US dollars, but give me canadian dollars.
