Good stay, no trouble except the extra charge, but that was resolved.

Good location, easily accessible from highway and good restaurant across the street

I received a $143 charge from the onsite bar and grill, which I never went to. I had to call three times to get this resolved

People skills at the front desk could be better. Room was great. Food was great.

Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Loved the walk in shower.

The staff at the front desk have made me feel like an imposition, rather than the reason they are there. In calling a couple days before my arrival to work out a change in my arrival date, the person was very curt & abrupt. I found out that since I used Booking, I had to go through them. I did that & it got worked out to my satisfaction, which I am grateful for. Then on my arrival, the front desk clerk was preoccupied by other guests to give me much attention. No eye contact until the very end. When I got to my room, there were no towels. That was addressed quickly. Just not the greatest arrival. But the room was great & I slept well.

Great welcome by staff. Disappointed to pay for a ‘suite’ that was just a double room

Expected a kitchenette, and thought the price reflected it. But no different than a regular room. Wouldn’t suggest the upgrade suite is worth the false advertising

Most staff were super friendly and the shuttle was great (3 out of 4times). Bar was nice and the food was very good.

The bathroom door was a barn door on rollers that didn’t move or shut properly- not ideal for a family of 4. The air in the room smelled stale. One staff told my family how much she hates the state fair, knowing we were going to the fair the next day. Definitely a kill joy. While the shuttle was excellent 3 times we needed it, the last time we waited an hour. Only one (very nice) driver on a day that so many guests were using the shuttle to and from the state fair.

I loved the location and front desk service was amazing. the pool spa were very nice. the breakfast was so yummy! fluffy eggs and fresh fruit! bacon was so yummy. beds were comfy, room was clean and quiet, shower had amazing pressure.

It served its purpose.

We were there for my daughter's graduation. Booked this room last year at a great rate.

Although we got the room for a decent rate considering it was graduation weekend I felt I still paid a bit more than usual and breakfast was not included. also we tried to book for 1 extra night (Friday) and was told it was $400 for the night.

Rooms being apart, but staff tried to place us as close as possible on the same floor.

I paid $175 for one night, they did not mention to me that breakfast wasn’t included. When I was searching for a hotel the night I booked I specifically clicked on the ones that included breakfast, I must of miss where it asked if I wanted to add breakfast. Although For $175 I feel that breakfast should of been included.

It was okay but it should have been better.

I made the reservation on Booking.com for a premium room. When I checked in the rooms were sold out. I paid $300 for a standard room that should have only cost me $150.

I don't like the fact that I overpaid for a room that I couldn't get and I feel that I should be compensated or refund it or portion of my money.
