buen hotel

Excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo, si bien es bastante ruidosa, es excelente para recorrer, la habitacion adecuada y amplia, el personal amable, los servicios de desayuno y snacks bien.

los asensores no dan abasto a la cantidad de huespedes, debes esperar mucho a veces para poder subir, no limpiaron mi habitacion todos los dias y aun nose porque, pues pedi que lo hicieran.

Great value, bring earplugs

Great location, water and coffee is available all day, during week nights there are complimentary drinks and snacks and tea at night time. Fitness is small, but very convenient and open 24/7

We were on the third floor - didn't have to use the elevators, which are only 3 and a huge wait, but it was very noisy from the street, and we had to sleep with ear plugs.

Perfect location with few blocks of several metro lines Good view on Manhattan Helpful and kind personal Free luggage storage Breakfast included

Sheets were ripped and with some stains Breakfast can be better (omelet was fast cooked and really bad, you can eat only bagels with jam and muffins)

A un passo da Time Square

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro e da Time Square; colazione varia ed abbondate, adatta anche a persone celiache; io soggiornavo in una stanza all'ultimo piano, con vista mozzafiato, presente anche una terrazza comune e la possibilità di noleggiare bici.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Die U-Bahnstation ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, der Times Square ebenfalls. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es gab auch Joghurt und Äpfel, Bananen und Beeren, also nicht nur Süßes. Warmes Frühstück mit Rührei und Bacon gab es auch. Am späten Nachmittag gibt es nochmal kostenlos Wasser, Tee, Wein und Bier und ein paar kleinere Snacks.

Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll, manchmal war es schwierig, einen Platz zu finden. Es gibt drei Aufzüge, die zur Frühstückszeit ständig im Gebrauch sind. Manchmal wartet man dann bis zu 15 Minuten auf den Aufzug.

Hôtel qualité/prix imbattable. Nous recommandons !

Le rooftop est incroyable le soir avec la vue sur la ville illuminée. L'insonorisation des chambres est parfaite compte-tenu du quartier bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner et le goûter de 17 heures (avec vin et fromage) sont les bienvenus et richement dotés à condition de se présenter suffisamment tôt. Nous avons apprécié la bagagerie afin de faciliter notre dernier jour sur place. Le professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel sont à saluer.

L'absence de table et le manque de chaise ne facilitent pas la prise de repas dans les chambres. Le tri des déchets n'est pas le fort des Américains. La laverie pourrait être améliorée (système de paiement par pièce archaïque), mais elle a le mérite d'exister et n'est pas onéreuse pour New-York (environ 10 euros le lavage/séchage). Nous avions lu beaucoup de commentaires négatifs sur les ascenseurs. Logés au 38ème étage (sur 40), cela ne nous a pas gênés (les perdants sont sans doute ceux des 15 aux 25ème étages qui sont souvent remplis à la montée et la descente)

Location yes, Elevators a big NO NO.

Location is perfect. Times Square, Subway around the corner and walking distance to Port Authority Bus Terminal as well as places to eat and shop Room equipped with normal size fridge, small stove, microwave, plates, utensils and dishwasher for longer stays

Elevator service. 40 floors and 3 elevators during full occupancy was a nightmare. Took long time to go down for breakfast or checking out in the morning. I saw people from 30 plus floors with suitcases used the staircase to go down after long wait. I waited 30 mins for elevator from 25th floor. Most elevators opened with full capacity.

Aucune déception en réservant cet hôtel

Hôtel à moins de 10 min à pieds de Times Square. Beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner (40 étages...normal) mais le ravitaillement est rapide. Nous avions prévenu que nous faisions ce voyage pour l'anniversaire de notre fille, et le responsable de l'hôtel a fait mettre plein de ballons dans la chambre et mis un gâteau dans le frigo.

Manque juste peut-être quelques tables pour le petit déjeuner

Good value for money near Times Square.

Great location near Times square and tube stations. Breakfast was ok and included in the price. The room is spacious for New York Standards and there is a small kitchen with appliances, even a dishwasher. Room cleaning service every two days and they replenished all the toiletries and amenities. Place is reasonably clean. Although it was packed the reception was fast and efficient. We stayed 8 days and had a great time.

Air conditioning was cooling fine but was too noisy. Our room was not ready at 3:15pm when we arrived but we left our luggage at the hotel and went out to eat and came back around 5pm and the room was then ready. Giving 4 stars because of the lift situation already mentioned in previous reviews. There are only three small lifts and during certain hours in the morning, mostly.between 8:30am to 10am, the waiting times are 15-20 minutes! There was one Sunday morning when one lift was broken then we had to use the stairs (16 floors) go to.down as we waited more than 45 minutes! The other days were fine. The secret is to wake up early at around 6:30-7am and have breakfast then. Despite all the problems with the lift the staff was very polite and helpful trying to

De ligging is zeer goed. Personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima (muffins, fruit, om de dag pannenkoeken, vlees, ei, yoghurt en koffie/thee/water/sap). Klein maar fijn dakterras met een mooi uitzicht en doordeweeks happyhour met een complimentary drankje en een aperitiefje .

Licht gedateerd, maar drie liften voor het gehele gebouw (hierdoor moet je soms meer dan tien minuten wachten - want alle liften zitten dan vol) en niet genoeg tafels voor iedereen bij het ontbijt.

Alright!

The location is excellent, especially at this price range. Very nice bathrooms

So this was my BIG issue. I have no idea what happened with my bed before my stay but it’s like that mattress had been run up and down by a truck. Honestly it was extremely uncomfortable

El desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación es buena (tiene una obra en construcción al lado) y a la tarde convidan café, cerveza y vino que me pareció un plus.

Podría mejorar el mantenimiento de ascensores y en los momentos donde no dan abasto, buscar dar prioridad a quienes no pueden utilizar las escaleras
