Serviceable facilities in a good location

Good location near Byward Market and Parliament. Secure building with card key entrance only. Beds comfortable. Bathroom facilities good and enough closet space.

Housekeeping threw away the shower cap we brought. It should not have been mistaken for garbage since the hotel did not provide them.

Great location!

Great location! Surrounded by great shopping, cafés, restaurants and bars. So much to do. We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and had plenty of towels. The parking was handy.

One elevator was out of service which caused longer wait times.

It was centrally located and close to everything

There was a kids judo tournament staying at the same time and the restaurant was overrun with kids running around the bar area

Very convenient location to stay in Ottawa

-Great location, close to many restaurants and main attractions -Good size of the room -Big and comfortable bed -Good shower area -Coffee machine, mini fridge in the room

-Confused parking (I don't know why I was not allowed park in the hotel parking lot and had to park nearby) -Just a hanger with no doors for clothes (no properly wardrobe) -No microwave -I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during my stay -There is no breakfast buffet, just a small kiosk (although it is called "bistro") with coffee and a few options to eat. I received a CAD$ 30 voucher for breakfast per day, but an avocado toast was CAD$ 12. It was impossible for two people to have a decent breakfast there with CAD$ 30 only.

Excellent location

The lift was very slow. We had to wait for 10 minutes to take down our cases for checkout. We asked help with luggage, were waiting for 15 minutes, no one came. The sheets and towels were battered and felt not really clean.

In town for the Tulip festival

Very spacious rooms. Clean and bright. Friendly front desk staff. Great central location to walk to everything from Byward market to Parliament Hill.

Bit loud outside in the street at night. But obviously beyond the control of the hotel.

It was a good stay but it was a costly stay because of the accident in the underground parking.

I was hoping to have breakfast available. The underground parking was not practical for our family van, I have a 2100$ damage to the van.

I liked the cardio room, the pool was great, my bed was great, but I was hoping for a queen size bed for my children.

the beds were comfy, rooms were nice size and pool was a great temp. staff was lovely and helpful.

hallways are crazy echoey. normal volume talking and you could hear it at the end of the hall
