Great location, great hotel!

Room and building were clean. Room and building had a comfortable, homey feel to it. Laundry facilities were appreciated and only $2 a load. I sat in a comfy arm chair in the foyer of our floor and enjoyed the piped in Praise and Worship music and the hymns.

Not for me.

It was affordable.

The Christian vibe was not for me. I was woken up at 3am by a couple yelling. It was kind of scary.

Amazing experience

Good price and great breakfast and cleaning room and all services are amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly. I felt home.

There is nothing to complain about.

Amazing facilities and wonderful stay at Adam's

The hotel facilities and staff were above my expectations. The room had everything we could think of. The hotel even had a gym. Although we were only at the hotel for a few hours, it was definitely worth the price we paid for. I would certainly recommend this amazing hotel.

An awesome place to stay where we could feel like home. Excellent customer service and it was beautiful and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of different choices. We really enjoyed our stay.

Don't miss this gem in Ottawa!

This motel was exceptional. From the time you walk in the door, you know something is different. Everything is spotless: lobby, stairs corridors, rooms, bathrooms. Even the breakfast room had someone checking the food and ensuring that everything was in order. Breakfast was more typical - eggs, bacon, cereals, the usual selection of bread items to toast, and a couple of good types of coffee. The staff was always smiling and friendly and very helpful for a tourist. Internet was strong, at least in our room. Bed was very comfortable, and the side chairs had castors!

A grab bar in the beautiful shower would be helpful for us older folks. And I would have liked a listing of the TV stations.

If you're looking for an affordable AND exceptional hotel in Ottawa.. look no further!

The staff were very kind and considerate and also very professional. They made it a point to connect with me on a human level. The breakfast was great as well.. such a great selection. Will definitely be coming again if I'm in Ottawa!

Rude service

I have a service dog and my friend arrives department before me and they took her credit card. Then when we got there, they wanted my dogs a service dog card emailed. I sent the email but I put the wrong address on it the first time. They called back and said they still didn’t get it and they noticed a mistake and corrected it and sent it again. Next thing you know, my friend said they charge my credit card $300. She went to find out and the person who did this was very rude to her about it. it has been reversed, but they were very curt in dealing with her
