If you just need a place to sleep, this is a great place.

Waffles were good. Coffee options from machine were nice to have in evenings. Location was perfect.

The room had absolutely no view. View of trees blocking a small yard out one window. No view out door window because it was blocked by steps and people were walking up to their rooms. Not to mention they could see into our room unless we closed our drapes. Needles to say it was dark and dreary.

Great location!

The location is perfect in that it’s within walking distance but away from the crowded areas.

The floors in the bathrooms was a terrible decision as it’s polished marble and very slippery! Also, we were awakened early by the cleaners pounding (not knocking) on our door. There should be a system so they know when people check out.

Cozy. Welcoming. Excellent location.

This is a quaint, well maintained, well established play to stay in the heart of the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to someone planning to spend time in the area.

We’ll be back! Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent. We had made to order waffles which were delicious. Loved the coffee machine offering lattes, cappuccino, and hot chocolate and available all day. Cookies were great too. Walked everywhere to restaurants and shops.

amazing and relaxing

The person checking me in was so kind. I came in after 7pm, she told me where I could go to get something to eat. I missed the breakfast because I had to leave at 430am. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had stayed in the main inn earlier in the year. I preferred that room to the room in the annex.

One night and it was fine.

Breakfast was standard continental but were offered homemade waffles which was a nice extra.

Bathroom was small and needed more hooks to hang hand towels, etc. If we were to stay again I would want to be on second floor as we heard noise from above on first floor.
