Liked to walk across the street to watch the lobster boats. And the convenience of a nice restauran.

Good location with a home feeling. Did have a room issue but it was resolved very quickly.

Sack lunch for breakfast? Don’t know if this was a result of Covid or if it as always the case.

Great stay for a getaway weekend

walkable to downtown with sidewalks all the way; restaurant next door was excellent and a plus; great view from the room.

Really enjoyed the place once I got the hang of it.

Good breakfast, very clean and well layed out. Staff was very friendly. Loved the room!! Sweet place!

Check in and the contactless set up. I did not realize how it all worked. I am not a fan contactless system. We had a lot of trouble with the door lock of our room. Frustrating to have traveled a long way and have it take 15 minutes to unlock the door. I loved the room and location. All beautiful. The manager? Contact person was very helpful and responded right away when I had a problem with the tv.

Basic offering but good position

Good location, between the beach and the town, we enjoy walking so the 20min walk into the town centre was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Room was very small as was the bathroom. It is expensive for what is a basic offering. The breakfast options could be improved.

We are looking forward to make Mabel’s house our go to place.

I liked the breakfast the fruit was very fresh and it was great being able to get coffee right away without having to go out.We also loved how clean it was and your location. We love going to the beach and we were able to walk there. It also was great to have Mabel’s Oyster house right there to go to eat. The food was delicious.

A wonderful experience

Staff. Breakfast. Location. Room. Mabel's Lobster Claw the restaurant next door). My stay was fantastic.

The cost of my 4-day stay was nearly $3000.00

We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely go back!

Perfect location when attending a wedding at a nearby resort and you want to be within walking distance, and when you want AC in your room! Very clean, comfortable, cute room, loved coffee on the porch! Walked to the wedding we attended and also walked into town and back. Breakfast was so quaint with the personal touch for each room.

Would have liked a small fridge in the room but really isn’t a deal breaker at all.

absolutely no staff after check-out, no response when I called for help accessing my room upon arrival, no useful information, and the one young lady at the property during breakfast and check-out was sweet m, but didn’t know anything about the area. air conditioning was very loud.

Room was modern and updated but very small. Bed was comfy and the bikes that were available were convenient. Staff was friendly.

Room was small. You could only get 4 channels on the TV. There was no guide, and we couldn't even get a local news station. Breakfast was a bagged continental, which was ok. I felt a lot of it went to waste because they gave 2 yogurts and we didn't eat them. Coffee is available from 7:45-10, wish the coffee was out earlier. We couldn't use kayaks because the tide was too low and there was no way of getting them in the water. We had the option to carry kayaks across the busy street to the ocean but nothing to help you carry them. It rained pretty bad one day and we were stuck in our room, wish there was a comfy common area to hang out in.

We enjoyed the location because we could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach.

The location worked well for us.

The property was clean, but a bit disappointing. One of our rooms was small with a tiny bathroom. Outside space was limited.

Charming and relaxing

The location was great. Just a 15-20 minute walk to downtown…there are sidewalks all the way there! Close to restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included, which was great. Nice view from the balcony, even though it was not a private one. The house had a charming quality and everything was neat and sunny. The room was a good size and the bathroom was beautiful!

There was construction going on right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but fine the rest of the time. Nothing the owners can do.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and they had good bikes to use. The room was very clean.

Most poorly run hotel I have ever been in. It has definitely fallen into bad hands.

Continental breakfast was a boxed pre set up yogurt and 2 slices of zucchini bread. No choices, no caring if you are allergic. Serve your own coffee, no de-caf.

Everything. No attendant on duty at all. Code they gave by email to get into the room didn’t work had to wait a half hour fire someone to come and get us in. No Kleenex in the room. When asked they ran out?? No one on duty at all!! Only effort they made was a $40 certificate to a local breakfast dinner. Wouldn’t even consider an adjustment on the cost of the stay. Never again!!
