Hotel cancelled my order, still waiting for refund. Nasty staff.

Nothing.

The hotel cancelled our order as a "no show", even though I left a message THROUGH BOOKING APP that we will arrive late but we're on our way. I had to find replacement room in LAS VEGAS, in the weekend of the "When we were young" Festival. I booked this stay MONTHS AGO. I expect Booking to fully refund me on this order, and would NOT recommend booking with this hotel. Their attitude was nasty.

your on site store was well stocked, facility was clean, the free parking was a plus and your staff was very friendly and the early check in after a long flight was awsome.

Fridays weather LOL everything was very nice not even a small complaint you were also convenient to the mono rail which was a plus

Once moved - Amazing Room!

Once we moved to new room it was lush! very clean and spacious and luxurious. nice decor and everything you could have wanted/needed and more.

Our original room had a soaking wet carpet and I nearly slipped over. We mentioned it to the staff and we got upgraded to a King Apartment.

Luxe in de woestijn.

Mooie luxe suite waar je van alle gemakken bent voorzien! Koelkast met vriezer, elektrisch fornuis en wasmachine en droger combinatie! De kosten van het zwembad zijn niet in verhouding met de mogelijkheden tot gebruik wegens veel te vroege sluiting, al om 6pm.

Er moet een toeslag betaald worden om gebruik te maken van het zwembad, geen probleem want met Vegas temperaturen is het verkoelend om na het inchecken, vanaf 4pm een duik te nemen. Blijkt alleen dat het zwembad al om 6pm sluit… En ‘s morgens moet je weer uitchecken dus die kosten versus het gebruik staan absoluut niet in verhouding en de prijs is dan buiten proportioneel.

This was a nice relaxing stop prior to our return home.

It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the Market! We had an unforeseen need, and it was nice to just goes downstairs and pickup what we lacked. We were in town for a tournament and stayed close to the venue. Decided to spend the last night somewhere different before heading home. I'm glad we did! We appreciated the free parking, the good lighting, the free WIFI, the refrigerator, the fresh smell in the hallways, and the quiet away from the Strip.

We were missing a pillow for the pull-out bed supplies, but we were able to share since the king had four pillows. There was a Q-tip on the floor in the area with the bathtub, and some hairs in the bathtub. Other than that, it was exceptionally clean. We didn't like when our neighbors in the adjoining room came home at 1 am and were loud. However, we recognize that no one could control or prevent this. We would have liked some paper towels or dish clothes for the kitchen. But it wasn't critical.

Wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag, sehr zum empfehlen!

Nettes Personal, die Zimmer waren geräumig und modern.

Es gab nur drei Sonnenschirme. Bei 40 Grad und der Größe des Hotel eher Mau.

Nice hotel, but do your homework!

Clean, spacious and loved the marker store inside the hotel. I was expecting everything to be overpriced, but it wasn’t. They also had a party room for us to have dinner and have cake and ice cream for two birthdays.

The pool is opened 10 AM-6 PM, it should be opened later than that. Especially since it’s so hot outside. They need to hire more housekeepers, took a long time to clean our room and to bring towels. Also, had an additional $100.00 hold on my card for a deposit. The deposit should be included in the booking cost. Also, our water was cut off for 3 hours.

The first day Friday , the representative was extremely rude and even though we had a reservation for the same day( she didn’t let me use the bathroom because I was not a guest yet) she didn’t provide us with the option to leave our bags.

Large rooms distant from strip

Rooms are large and staff are helpful.

A little too far off the strip. There was a water shut down on the day we arrived and the day before we left with no prior warning. There is no restaurant and only a cafe with a small supermarket.

10/10 stay

It is so close to the strip , an easy walking distance, staying off the strip saved us money and its very affordable. Staff greeted you every time you came back into the building and housekeeping was always polite and respectful.

The shop down stairs isn't 24/7 and the pool closes early, but I get those people want to go home and see their families to.

Me gustó la comodidad, realmente te sientes en casa. El concepto de departamento nos encantó, el lugar es cómodo y limpio.

Los pasillos están descuidados y huelen mal. Si tu habitación tiene puerta o otro departamento el ruido de a lado no te dejar dormir.

The smoke area being near the pool and my toddler had to inhale smoke while we were trying to enjoy pool time. Also, pool hours for Vegas is too short.

Overall experience was Good.

Good location and very clean rooms and great house keeping.

Check in took 2 hours , way too long by any standards. It took two people and 2 hours to resolve the issue.They couldn’t locate my reservation done thru booking.com.

Casi Perfecto

Nos alojamos tres chicas en una habitación que parecía una suite, de 70 metros cuadrados. El sofá cama era bastante cómodo. Y al haber cocina, nos ahorramos desayunar fuera. Además, a una amiga le robaron en la discoteca y nos ayudaron con los trámites, y nos llevamos bolsas para poner ropa al vacío para la maleta y también nos asistieron con la aspiradora. Todo el personal es muy amable, y estaba todo muy limpio.

Si bien no está en el Strip, tiene una parada del monorail a 5 minutos andando. Lo único que no nos gustó es que está en la calle límite para alojarse. Si es de día, sin problemas. Pero la calle limítrofe hacia el Strat, es peligrosa. Se puede evitar usando el monorail. Vale la pena alojarse aquí a pesar de eso por todo lo demás.

O hotel é excelente. O quarto é um apartamento completo. Toda a equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Vi uma piscina muito boa, mas não tive como aproveitá-la. Não precisa ficar na Strip. Fiquei com mais conforto e um custo bem melhor.

Gostei de tudo.

Enjoyable stay!

The one bedroom suite exceeded my expectations,the property was clean and I felt safe.

Naprawdę polecam wszystkim, nie spodziewałem się że będzie aż tak dobrze Salon z kuchnią znakomicie wyposażoną Sypialnia z ogromną wanną, niezależnie od łazienki z prysznicem, łózko XXL. Całość sprawia wrażenie naprawdę bardzo dobre, moglibyśmy tam mieszkać miesiąc. W obiekcie basen otwarty i kryty, sporo innych atrakcji. Bezpłatny parking z zadaszeniem, bardzo szybka winda. Cena bardzo konkurencyjna

Home away from home

Property has spacious parking lot and it’s closer to the downtown plus the staff are nice.

The only issue we had is the shower door it doesn’t have a good rubber lining to stop the water from going outside and also the door lock from bedroom to the bathroom is broken. But I highly appreciate the management who take corrective action right away so that’s a Plus..

It was a good size room that was clean and comfortable the coffee maker was good and I appreciated the free bottled water each day

No restaurant and nothing within an easy walking distance. If you wanted your room serviced you had to ask.
