We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and as soon as we walked in we decided to leave. Pillows were all over the floor,

nothing good here.

Room wasn’t ready. Check in is at a different facility. No water in the pool. Room was a mess. Tv didn’t change channels. Housekeeping carts are shopping carts from other stores. Hair on the bed. Very dirty bathroom.

Very poor

Office gentleman was rude and as disgusting as the room itself. Found a roach on the floor next to the bed!!! Furnishings were old, room was tidy but not clean. Room did not look like the picture advertised. Charged $100 CASH deposit and had to wait an hour after check out to get the deposit back. Overall experience was horrible.

Pictures did not match what the hotel actually looks like, are extra room key was given to three men and they walked in on my sister and I will we were getting dressed and ready to leave. No screen on the windows and almost zero lighting. And the air conditioner works like crap. Most of the units are used as housing or apartments. Very sketchy

The room was good and the cleanliness it was great

I was so angry cause they don’t have anybody at the location, the office is and a different address and they do not have a person for the Night Shift so I for any reason you can’t arrive before 9 pm you can’t do your check in until the next day !!!!

The door was broken when we were sleeping some else used a key and opened our door when we came back at night the door weren't open and when I called the number that was on the office door the man that came to help us all he did was yeal that he wasn't happy and we never got replacement fresh towels the worst experience

Worst hotel I ever stayed in in Las Vegas do knot rent here

Freezing cold temperature you can't touch the Air conditioner or turn it down... everytime you go out side just to take a smoke break all kinds of drug addicts coming up to you back to back asking for cigarettes and lighters...1 more thing when you book it it's saids 11am check out...but they sent a message to my phone saying that check out is at 9am if you check out at 11 am they won't a extra 30 bucks if you check out at 3 a extra 80 which I was not told when I spent 485 just from Friday to Monday morning....I would not recommend this place or anywhere on freemont especially This place...

The room was very out of date and old , shower and sink wouldn't drain ,took forever. Found a cockroach on ground inside room.

decor inside was very cute definetely do not judge this place by its cover

leaving a cash deposit and not being able to get it back until 1pm even though we checked out at 9am was annoying, I could have been on the road and had 3hr start but instead I had to wait around until 1pm. .....very inconvenient!
