Love the location and pool. May book a room tonight for this weekend.

The location is great, the staff was great & the pool.

Cleaner parking lot. As in snow removal or grade that ice down, so not difficult for cars.

All in all the location& pool was good.

Breakfast & location was good.

I requested towels several times & did not get the service, I had to get the towels from the front desk. I was not able to connect to the WiFi.

The TV didnt work, the room was not clean, and the shower was so hot you couldn't even get in. Not to mention the bagels had mold on them at breakfast. The woman said, "Its just her and she cant keep up with moldy bagels"

Not worth the price at all.

The flowers outside were gorgeous.

For the price I was expecting friendly staff, fantastic room, and at least a decent breakfast. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that provided better service and food. At 400 USD a night, it's a bit ridiculous we waited 3+ hours and a shift change to have the pleasure of plunging our own toilet. The first room we were checked into had a man doing maintenance long past check in time, with no warning. The second rooms toilet was clogged and we waited until 10pm before we finally got a plunger after asking multiple times. It looks like a beautiful property, but stained beds, broken toilets, subpar breakfast, and unhelpful, unfriendly staff await you.

room was lacking a chair to set in and a lamp at the desk. after complaining 2 times, someone brought an old office chair that was worn out that rocked around and a straight chair. Lamp that was brought in was good. Shower leaks. Very poor lighting overall, had to use the light in my phone to find outlets to plug stuff in. The light over the vanity did not work had to ask for it to be fixed, it worked for 2 days and stopped working again.

Quiet, clean rooms, comfortable

Breakfast was cold and food selection was gone very early. No cups available and juice was watery. We were told it was 6-9 but by 8:00, it was almost all gone.

I loved the complimentary breakfast. Close to restaurants and downtown.

Could've been better had the swimming pool been open. But we went to the sister hotel to swim so it's okay I guess.

None of the faucets worked correctly. Door did not lock when you left room. Floor trim missing.

Room was clean

Fire alarms went off in the morning. Then were shut off shortly after. Then they went off again and were shut off. Did this for a few minutes of off and on and then finally got it taken care of. No fire was at hotel, just woke us up to panic for nothing. So wasnt pleased with that

I was very happy with the accommodations, and will be recommending The Hampton Inn.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great, and ranged from cold cereal to waffles. The location was very convenient.

My only critiques are that their pool was under construction, which really wasn't a huge issue for me, and the food items for sale in the lobby were pretty sparse. Plenty of sweets, but lacked microwavable meal options.

I used to love staying at Hampton Inn but after this stay in not so sure anymore.

Location is fine

The TV wasn't working and we didn't get housekeeping services.

No shuttle service available.

The location was great. The rate was good. There were several restaurants in the area.

Their shuttle was having mechanical problems and they didn’t offer ant alternatives for getting to the airport. The room was booked knowing they offered shuttle service to the airport. The lobby wasn’t very clean and didn’t seem welcoming. Overall, the Hampton brand was not well represented.

For the rate of $225 a night the amenities that were missing felt like I paid too much.

Location worked well

The front desk lady was not very pleasant. Disappointed the pool wasn’t available, fitness room wasn’t available, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, was disappointed it didn’t have a bath.
