Very enjoyable

Very clean, excellent staff and in great location

No restaurant or bar but they are currently planning to build those facilities.

A great lodging value in Anchorage

The fit and finish of this upgraded property is on par with the Captain Cook hotel. We were totally taken aback with how nice it was compared with another nearby property we had stayed at the night before at twice the price.

The shower was missing a shelf to put a razor on and a bar for ladies to rest a foot on. There was also no bath rug.

Geweldig, centraal gelegen hotel.

Uitstekend hotel met mooie kamers en geweldige bedden. Centraal gelegen, parkeergarage aan de overzijde van de straat. Zijn nog voor een deel aan het renoveren maar geeft geen hinder. Als de renovatie klaar is, is dit een van de beste hotels in Anchorage.

Up and Coming Hotel in Downtown Anchorage

Location was great. Walkable to center of town no problem. Safe. Security on site. The hotel is still under construction so there is no restaurant on site, but they have some simple grab and go options for breakfast. There is free water, coffee, and tea in the lobby. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Check in was smooth. We were on the first floor, so we did not have to worry about the lack of an elevator (during construction). Close to the train station but there is a large quantity of stairs down so not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again and can't wait to see what the location looks like when construction is done.

One issue we had is the rooms do not have enough plugs for phones and electronics. Not a deal breaker but we had four adults so even finding space for just the cell phones was a challenge.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich Der Lift wird noch gebaut aber es gibt jemanden der behilflich ist. Es gibt keine Bar oder Essen, braucht man auch nicht denn ein paar Meter weiter Bars und Restaurants, wir waren im Serranos, Caesar Salat sehr gut, mal anders serviert und nicht 5 kg Mayonnaise 👍 Spare Ribs Sandwhich sehr gut.

Good location but not worth $400 per night

The location is great. The staff accommodated storing our luggage after check out. Bed was comfortable.

It was noisy with loud voices and trains. Room is large but badly finished. The bathroom needs some kind of vanity, fan was load and the tub was old and damaged. They didn’t had coffee pods for the room coffee machine.

This hotel is falsely advertised. 1 1/2 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location but a terrible disappointment.

The staff was friendly and the location was great.

This is absolutely not a three-star hotel. Maybe two-star. Maybe. Exorbitant cost for very basic facility. Breakfast almost non-existent.

In renovations. Scaffold with construction workers out Our window. They decided to start charging $15 for a marginal breakfast during our stay.

I was very disappointed in the presentation of the property. I was looking forward to the property pictured but the property had been gutted and was still under renovation.

Wish I knew it was under construction 🏗

The newly renovated room had a beautiful design and was very comfortable. The staff is very nice although they have limited capabilities.

The hotel is VERY MUCH under construction. There is no elevator so you have to carry any luggage up a flight of stairs. There seems to be only one person on staff fairly often, so it's difficult for someone to address a maintenance issue, including the fact that the AC in our room didn't work. Being Anchorage, I wouldn't expect it to be too hot but it was 80+ degrees out and we couldn't cool the room. Additionally, since only a few rooms are available during construction, we couldn't move to another room that did work. We were told that we would receive a refund/discount for the AC issue but when we checked out the person working the front desk didn't know how to do it so I was left with a promise that they'll credit it tomorrow. We'll see...

Valeu a pena!

Localização, Wi-Fi e funcionários. Quarto enorme, limpo, TV. Da p fazer tudo a pé menos ir para o aeroporto. A estação de trem fica a poucos metros.

Considere o café da manhã um snack. Muito simples e sem opções como frutas. Barulho do ar-condicionado e trens.

We enjoyed a 5-star experience at the Aviator.

The staff was exceedingly helpful and professional. Although the Aviator was still undergoing renovations, our room was beautifully decorated and well equipped, exceeding all expectations. Discovering that there was also an excellent complimentary breakfast included was a nice surprise.

Good with some inconveniences

It’s fairly new so all the furniture, carpets, etc are in good condition.

2 things: the actual building is still under construction so it was noisy in the morning. Parking: we didn’t know it had no parking, but only 20 parking passes on a first come first served basis. When we arrived we were told all passes were gone and it was quite difficult to park around the area!

Not much

This hotel in under renovation and should not be open. It can’t as represented, there are no facilities and as to a “ view?” It’s a construction sight.

The facility and location were mediocre

Around the hotel was very unsightly and they didn’t accommodate parking so lots of time spent trying to find parking that was very expensive. The hotel was under construction so the only thing at the hotel was the room. No dining or hotel bar and offered breakfast was minimal. Not what you would expect from a quality hotel especially in Anchorage just down the street from the Captain Cook.

A new hotel with clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to everything downtown

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is brand new and really nice. It is still under construction at the moment but we stayed on the weekend and heard no noise. They have a lot of cool additions they are working on such as a brewery and bar. This will be my go-to hotel in Anchorage!

The only problem is not the hotel but the area around has many homeless people. Security does a good job keeping them off the property. So as far as the hotel itself I had no issues.
